[redacted] called and requested a appointment, one was set up and when I arrived no one answered after I knocked and rang the bell a neighbor even came over and called in and no answer , another appointment was set and that evening [redacted] phoned to see if I was still coming so she would know to start supper...

and I said she could but I was waiting for the rain to let up. I arrived and we spoke in detail and I left ,no problem.I sent her a email with pricing,given that there are many many many window company's to choose from ,her choice of another company would resolve her concernRegardsRalph L[redacted]
