Review: Budget Fence was paid a deposit on March 11th to change the fence at our house and the neighbors around us. By June the project had yet to be completed. Finally in August they installed the fence. I received an invoice from them asking for the final balance mid August. When I looked at the invoice they claimed they changed a gate. I spoke with [redacted] and I told her that the gate was not changed nor did we ask for it to be changed. She said she would have it removed from the invoice and a new invoice would be sent out. We also had broken sprinkler wires and our entire system was not working because of this. She said that was being fixed as well. Today 8/27/2015 I see a charge on my credit card bill for the entire balance of $1588.00 They did not remove the gate from the invoice and they charged my card without my permission and without completing the job they were supposed to do in the first place.Desired Settlement: They need to adjust the invoice accordingly, credit for the difference in overcharges and fix the broken sprinkler line.
