Firstly I would appreciate for your time in looking at this matter that unfortunately wasn't at customer's satisfaction, though all sales provided was appropriate accordingly as per
retail sales organizationBudget Food Mart is been operated since August 24, 2001, whereby serving our community for almost years whereby, this the only complaint as to dateBeing owner operated, we sell variety of food products and few kitchenware's to our multi racial community, proudly maintaining relationship and our business to operationOur values holds customer satisfaction and quality accordingly as per product sale and return policy to maintain loyaltyHappened on June 12th, Mr & Mrs *** purchased brand new burner Gas Stove, Imperial BrandThese burners are utilized for out door's and indoors such as camping, or installed in camper or boats, however many of our Asian communities would use at home with portable gas tanks for daily cooking to save on PG&E expense, regardless of home insurance regulationThis product comes in varieties and different sizes, wholesaled by * * * ***Retailing this product for last years, there wasn't any issues in regards to this product until this oneMrs*** came on June 25th complaining that this stove was defective whereby it creates dark smokeDuring my self inspection of the stove, it looked as if one of the burners was utilized continuously since to date from purchase date or used for a big event with dark black residue on the burnerEven though with no return or exchange policy on used items, I decided to take the stove back and turn it in to the wholesaler to check for defects* * * ***, "wholesaler", of the product brought the stove back notifying that, the stove was utilized many times looking at the condition of the burner, there was no other defects with the stoveRelated the message to Mr*** as he came to pick up the stoveAlong with the stove,a value of $brand new Regulator & Hose was issued at no cost to him so that he could replace it with the existingAlso advised Mr*** to have the gas tank serviced cause the problem he is telling, relates to the fuel control unitOn his way out Mr.*** threatened in front of other customers that he will file a complaint and with spoken profanity
As to Mr*** complain of deadly gas from the stove, as he defined as, "Carbon Monoxide" to my knowledge, any and all stoves indoor & outdoor has byproduct once combustion take place, however advancement are also in place to maintain control of such issues as better vents, well ventilation and operate with careMr*** was well aware of the product, its risk, by products and whatever but it was his sole decision on the purchase.
We do understand that product come's up defective once a while and so we maintain our loyalty to our customers and as wells as our wholesalers to us, to excel in the business we in, while providing quality products and customer satisfactionHowever all sale are final with no return or exchanges policy in place, for once items are used or opened.
We greatly appreciate for your time and concern in regards to the complainant and forwarding it to us, giving us chance to look into the matter for resolution, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any refund or exchange due to the fact, product was used and not in condition as it was when purchased.

Review: I purchased a Gas Stove from the mentioned company in mid June of 2015. Upon usage I realized this stove was defective. This stove throws carbon monoxide which is a deadly toxin which leaves black carbon on the pots. I brought this concern to the owner of mentioned store, Angela, and she refused to return or exchange the product. After insisting and explaining to her the consumer rights she allowed us to bring the defective product back and she would have it checked by the manufacture in early July 2015. After 2 weeks I went in to ask her about the product. She said she would check with the manufacture and call me back. She calls back after 2 days and said there was nothing wrong with the product and the manufacture says it is absolutely in good condition. I requested her to either refund me the money or exchange the product for another one since I'm not satisfied with the product. She refused to do either and gave us back the same gas stove back and mentioned the reason for not returning or exchanging the product was because she couldn't resell the product again. I also asked her for any documents from the manufacture that stated the product was not defective and that they have checked the product completely. She said she does not have the manufactures information since the manufacture was changing the business name and etc. Once I brought the product home I decided to use it again and found out the problem exists. I'm filing this complaint because I know I have been cheated by this store and there may be other potential customers going through the same situation.Desired Settlement: As I have mentioned above in my complaint, this gas stove is defective and I don't wish to have this product in my home any longer. I am requesting a refund and a settlement for all the run around this business has caused me and my family.

Being owner operated, we sell variety of food products and few kitchenware's to our multi racial community, proudly maintaining relationship and our business to operation. Our values holds customer satisfaction and quality accordingly as per product sale and return policy to maintain loyalty.Happened on June 12th, 2015 Mr & Mrs [redacted] purchased brand new 2 burner Gas Stove, Imperial Brand.
