To whom it may concern dear sir/madam regarding the issue with mr hayes ,it has been solved since last weekhis delivery was sent to him after receiving his furniture from the companywe felt sorry for mr hayes because he had some kind of occasions and he wanted his delivery earlier the company that we are supposed to get his furniture from keep changing the delivery date without notice so we sent him a loaner furniture that he used for the mean while and later we offered him a refund but he decided to keep the loaner until he got his original set.finaly after we got his original order we delivered to him and we picked up our loanerwe are sorry for the inconvenience that happened and we are more happy to get him some kind of discount for the next purchase we are glad that we resolved the situation regarding the deliverythank you for understanding any question please feel free to contact us at the store and ask for [redacted] that manager...,,

Review: I made a purchase with them totalling $1,763 on 7/24/13 including a King size bedroom set only because they advised me they had it in stock and avail for delivery same day. I also purchased two trundle beds, a queen size set in WHITE. They called me later on the same day to advise me that they did NOT have the white set in stock and only had options of darker colors. I was disappointed because I went with that color to match my daughters other chess. I accepted the other color that day reluctantly. They also advised me that they had to now order the dresser that I was advised was in stock was actually NOT in stock. That it would be delivered the following week with the [redacted] deliveries. I called to follow up and was advised that the information given to me wasn't correct as the [redacted] truck comes in the following week. I would not have spent my money on the bedroom set with them if it was not currently in stock. I have been calling each week since then speaking with **. Getting put on hold, promised call backs. NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP WITH ME. I called again a little while ago and my first call went to voicemail. Called from second line and they picked up. I was then placed on hold for almost 10 mins (my phone keeps track of time). I again just tried calling back and they AGAIN let my call go to voicemail. THIS ORDER WAS NOT A LAYAWAY. Today makes a MONTH that I have been waiting for my merchandise!!!Desired Settlement: The desired resolution I would like would be for them to send my matching dresser YESTERDAY!!! AGAIN IT HAS BEEN A MONTH...I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience.... If they would be willing to throw in the matching chess set I would be happy. If they are unable to do that, then I would like my money back for the set and they can come get the headboard and foootboard. I spent $1,763 7/24/13 Half on this bedroom set that still hasn't been fully delivered. Called 5 more times and they are putting me in voicemail. I will be making a trip to the store in person.

Review: On May 5th 2016 I paid 1,100.00 for furniture from this store. I requested requested my furniture be delivered on Saturday May 14th, 2016. On Friday May 13, 2016 I called Budget Furniture to insure that everything would be delivered on time. They informed me that they had everything except for my $650.00 Red Sectional Couch and that It would be delivered on Wednesday May 18th, 2016 on Tuesday May 17th, I called again to ensure my on time delivery. I was then told that it would be delivered on Friday May 20th, 2016. I Called Friday Morning to schedule my delivery and was then told my Couch was on back order until sometime in June. This is horrible customer service I then asked for a refund and I was refused a refund because the couch had been ordered already, so I am being forced to wait until the middle of June for something I paid for in the beginning of May. The customer service at this establishment is horrible, not once have they called to inform me of the delays, I have to call them and follow up with them!Desired Settlement: I would like my money for my couch back or else I will take this to court.

Review: I purchased a 2 piece sectional and paid for delivery to my home on 8-24-2015. The guy that delivered the furniture to my home backed into the gutter of my home and bent my gutter. I was yelling stop stop you are backing into my home. The driver was very disrespectful and never apologized. I had to call [redacted]. I called the store and I spoke to the manager Steve he told me don't worry and he apologized on behalf of the driver. He asked me to get an estimate of the damage and he would take care of it. Well it has been a month and all he has done is lied to me. I took him the estimate and he has not taken care of the matter. He offered me store credit and I said no fix my gutter and he has refused to do so and he just keep giving me excuses after excuses. Dissatisfied customer I want the damage to my home taken care of.Desired Settlement: I want this company to be held responsible for his driver actions and repair the gutter on my home that was damaged.

Review: I recently purchased a sectional sofa and after it was delivered I called the owner of the store to let the owner know that the sofa was not the correct color and was not satifisfied with the sofa and would like to return the sofa back to the store for a full refund, minus the the delivery and set up charges. The owner informed me that he would get back to me the next business day but has been avoiding my calls and will not work with me. There was not any paper work that I signed that indicated a no return policy. I have tried for three days to work with the owner, but the owner refuses to work on solving this issue and continues to avoid my calls and request for a solution.Desired Settlement: Would like to return the couch for a full refund. The couch is less than three days old.
