I was negative on my accountWhen I tried to pay it back they would not take my paymentThey wanted me to pay it in fullI told them that I couldn't pay it in full and they still didn't take my paymentThey then went on to tell me that If I didn't pay it in full they would continue to charge me $every 7-daysI then asked them to cash my check if they didn't want the payment and they told me they couldn't because they know that I'm negativeSo they wont accept my payment and they wont cash my check and they're increasing my debt every 7-daysOn top of this the people at the call center, the tellers, and the bank officers ALL told me different thingsI was told by the bank officers that the dollars would only be charged twiceThen the tellers told me it would be every 7-days even though I was making payments - Which they didn't want to accept, then the call center told me I would be able to make payments on it If I wanted toALL different answers

For over a week now, I have been trying to pay bills on line, message keeps coming up none on file, I called the bank on hold for mins got someone finally they hung up on me, then I called back late customer rep says they are having trouble with this problem, call back later its still like this a week laterI am fed up I want to get away from this bank, customer service is horrible and their site leaves a lot to be desired

This the email sent to Compass regarding our experience **BOTCHED APPRAISAL, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE [redacted] Compass parties involved: [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , and [redacted] Loan: [redacted] Home: [redacted] Pensacola, FL I am writing you today as we ( [redacted] and myself) are requesting a full refund ($425) for the attached appraisals done for the home we were trying to have financed through Compass BankAfter further investigation, the appraisal appeared to be "botched" and unusable, thus having Compass deny the loan for the home through conventional, and also FHAOver a span of approximately and a half months of trying to close, no one at Compass was able to identify that the issue was with the appraisal, and it cost us a great deal of time and money Working with your company was one of the most difficult business transactions myself, Justin, our realtors, title company, insurance company, family members, co-workers, etchave ever seenWe experienced high levels of unprofessionalism, and terrible customer service on top of finding our appraisal was no good After being told by [redacted] 's that you all "could no longer move forward with the [redacted] home due to being denied conventional PMI, then being told from [redacted] that we would get denied for FHA as well"We felt helpless Especially after closing was pushed back + times already! We sent the appraisal to other lenders to have them review in an effort to find a lender that would allow us to purchase the homeEach company who looked at it said it was the WORST appraisal they had seen in 20+ years in the businessThis same information was provided to Compass January 14th, 2016, and no one advised us at any point that the appraisal did not look suitable for our loan until the very end where we got denied for PMI Needless to sayWe changed lenders, once again because Compass told us "the sellers would not be able to sell this home, and we wouldn't be able to buy it." As of 4.25.16, we closed on [redacted] (days total from the time we switched lenders to closing) Aside from some common hiccups that happened could be considered during the process (which I do not deny took place), your customer service, communication, and overall knowledge of the home buying business was horrific Even all the way up the chain to your MANAGEMENTNo one was reachable by phoneand we had to practically BEG to get an email backI am a customer service manager, and I can tell you we NEVER do business like you all did You all blamed everyone else for issues with this house...to include: our home owners insurance rep, realtors, JustinEveryone else, but no fault was accrued from your team You told us we were denied for the conventional loan- ultimately due to a botched appraisal You told us we would be denied for the FHA loan as well- We were NOTWe got approved almost instantaneously We took days off of work just to try to get in touch with you allLITERALLY just to get someone on the phone to explain what was going on to usThen we had to go to a local office and ask for the branch manager to help us get to the bottom of it, and again had to leave work to do so The list goes on I will conclude with this, at minimal, the cost of the appraisal is owed back to [redacted] ($425) I hope you all look back and learn to strive for better service hereIf anyone reading this needs to see documented communications, please advise and I will be happy to provide this information

your customer service is the worstI have held hours to try to solve a problem customer service assured me was handled days agoYour agents speak broken English, did not help me with my problem and transferred me to another representive which transferred me again to be put back on hold

Customer service is a joke My credit report has me paying them almost twice my monthly income on a debt that was my husband's business debt and was discharged in bankruptcy several years ago Chat online referred me to card service #, had to keep repeatedly pushing and # as I didn't have a credit card number to enter Card service rep told me I had to send an email to "back office." "Back office" responds to email by telling me an inquiry has been forwarded to Bankcard Department but for a specific inquiry call card service # that I called previously Don't appreciate the embarrassment of having credit denied due to an error and then having the company that made the error make it so difficult to even contact a human being for help

they put of my regular payments toward principle and sent me a delinquent notice, after calling they fixed itmonths later they did the same thingI was sending in a check and the payment slip each time with a $toward principle wrote in the box on the slipwhen I called the lady said they never look at either one, I asked how they know how much I sent then, she couldn't answer thatI went to the bank today(2/19/2016) and asked for a paper with proof of day payoff and was told they cant do that eitherafter going back and forth and a minute phone call by the teller she finally figured out how to do itI would recommend no one ever use this bank

I have been a customer of BBVA for a few years now I have not had any big issues with them until recently For the tax year, They never sent my formI waited until January 2017, to go to the local office only to be told that I just need to wait a few days and I should get them Well, fast forward to February when I went to the office NothingThe banker printed out a copy for me, and wait for it IT said that it was not reported to the IRS When it should have Then she retracted and said that they did send it, but the amount was not what actually showed on the account I went again on the 9th I spent quite some time there Only to be told that the was send to my new address The funny thing I have not had an opportunity to update the new address, and they never called me to verify the change of address Again, to figure out what went wrong as to why the account numbers and the interest were different to the printout they printed for me They told me to come back the next day Here we are on the 10th of February, I picked up the documents, I never looked at them while I was thereThey said that they finally fixed it, and it should reflect what they sent to IRS Honestly, I am just tired with them and their unprofesionalismWhile I was there, their system went down I had to provide her with my own old copy of statements and such that they had provided me previouslyIt does not make any sense Nobody seem to know what happened, then the banker who has been trying to work with me said that they had mailed the form to my previous address and it was returned since I had move So my question is: Did they really mail it? And If so, to which address? And finally, why did the original that they gave me said: unreported? Why all this when I had moved to my new address for only weeks And either way, the old address was my house, that I owned And I could still get the mail if they truly had sent it
