The short of it...I originally purchased a complete Mitsubushi ductless system through there online dot com sight. After being reassured it would ship asap since the install was time sensitive, only to find it was not shipped a week later when they called to make a follow up inquiry of the order. I got the product a week later after dealing with the shipper that subed the transport out to to my location. At this point I was disgusted but happy the product did not have to be returned due to damage by the shipper. That only fell apart when the installer told me one of the lengths of wire for a 50 foot length of pipe was undercut 10 foot. After a battle with their tech guy "Larry" he agreed to mail it out priority. This was only after sending pics of numbers on the product that validated I was shorted. When I spoke with Useless Larry later that evening I guess he decided to stop the mailing of the wire I needed to finish the job...At the end of the day shame on me for not checking this business out prior to placing the order for over $4300. My suggestion is under no circumstances should anyone buy from this vendor, they are trully lucky I don't live locally or I would have dumped the product at there door.

My experience with Budget Heating and Air went very well. I purchased a complete system along with most of the necessary parts for installation. They offered suggestions on what I needed but did not pressure me to buy the additional items. Items were drop shipped and received in good condition.
