I just received a voicemail message from someone who I believe to be the owner of Budget HVACIt is very threatening and he wants to come out and take a look at the unit but I am honestly afraid after this message and I did give them a chance to come out but they never returned my call or emailHe also left another voicemail shortly after the first asking for the contact information for the second company that I had come outI do not feel comfortable speaking with him or giving him any information at this pointI have attached both voice messages to this email
We are having the whole AC unit replaced on Tuesday and I will ask them to save the part in question just in case
Thank you,

The allegations are completely falseFurthermore this person has been smearing our name with negative reviews online and with the warranty company that we contract withHomeowner has not allowed us to complete our own investigation as we do not use silicone sealing productsThis in return has
hurt our business and the matter now is with our legal teamPlease stand by for resultsThank you

I ordered a shirt from the website http://smuglabs.bigcartel.com/ almost over days ago and I have not received a confirmation of the order being processed or sent, but only a confirmation that the company in fact has taken a payment from me in the form of $All e-mail accounts linked to the company are all fake and/or not working so as a result I have not been able to get into contact with the company since my purchase to understand what is happeningI have also tried to get into contact with the company via facebook and twitter (which they use regularly) and have had no success

The voicemail I left you was not treatning and just an excuss to avoid expossing the truth. We did not make any improper repairs. You or any service company cannot attribute or claim such a thing when we last serviced 2 years ago. You made a chioce to replace your unit based on what another company has told you.  Without any solid proof we did anything to hider the operation or service ablitity of your unit. You've failed to provide any evidence and you've also failed to provide the current service companies infromation so that we can conduct our own investigation.  Saving a so called part does not prove we serviced that part nor does it help with an investigation it hinders it. For all these reasons we feel your claims are unjustified and slanderous. You are advised to retract all your comments here and on other sites that you visited. You recently opened or started an [redacted] service all or in part to create more bad reviews of my company. A notice of claim has been filed with the courts today. I've been in touch with [redacted] at the Cleveland Revdex.com and also advised her that you have no right to make this complaint and that we request it be stricken from public record based on the following reasons: The Revdex.com cannot record a service issue as long as the provider was dispatched through a third party (HSA HOME WARRANTY). 2) The STATE OF OHIO statute of limitation law, we cannot be held liable for service issues that may have occured one year from the date of original service. This includes and is not limited to public reporting entities that may hold the business in bad regard.

You are asked to retract your comments on the Revdex.com website as well as all other sites or forums you had visited and left bad reviews implicating my company.  To date I have spent $1,040.00 in Attorney and filing fees. I would consider not passing these fees on to you if you act quickly and respectfully.  Thank You, [redacted]

Ms. [redacted], I think you had misinterpreted our response to imply that we were negligent in our diagnosis of your system. The only person that was negligent in this situation unfortunately was you as the homeowner for failing to maintain your equipment. This was obvious in the appearance of your condenser and the state in which we found your air filter in your furnace, which we have pictures of to support our diagnosis with your warranty company. Furthermore, we believe your complaint is without merit- however, we do not wish to engage in a war of words with you, ma'am. We were being more than accommodating by offering you a discounted cleaning. We have an impeccable service record with thousands of clients in northeast Ohio and our reputation proceeds us. We go out of our way to make all of our customers happy, unfortunately we can not please everyone.  We do not work for free as our technicians and office staff have families to support. Again, I want to point out that if there was any negligence involved here it was unfortunately based off your actions and not ours and we stand behind that ma'am. We're sorry that you misinterpreted our response but we were trying to be as cordial as possible. We REFUSE to offer anything more than we have to help rectify this situation, which would be a half price acid cleaning at $99, instead of the originally quoted $199.
