Very Happy with the service provided by budget. Their team was knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make a informed decision. There was no pressure and after the work was completed my Air conditioning started working again and has been working great all summer.
I unfortunately fell for the sales pitch of a discounted price for a furnace inspection from this company. They sent their "technician" to come and do a complete inspection of my furnace as well as a cleaning. The so called "technician" presented as professional and polite, he checked the furnace and told me it had cracks, rust and debris that made my furnace dangerous to operate. To get me on board with this idea he took pictures of the internal workings of my furnace with his cell phone and showed me the small bits of rust and debris. I believed him because I wasn't at the time educated enough in regards to furnaces to know better. While I paid for the service, he did not do the amount of inspection as I was promised for the price and did not clean my furnace as he claimed it would damage the furnace in its fragile state. He adjusted a few things and then recommended my furnace be replaced and that I should not use it further. A while after he left, I smelt the scent of gas and immediately called ***. *** sent their technician and said it was because the Budget Employee had not closed one of the knobs back and their was gas bubbling out of it. I also found out that the "technician" that Budget Heating and Plumbing had sent to me did NOT have his GAS TICKET!!!! He should have NEVER been working on my furnace in the first place!! I was upset and called Budget Heating and Plumbing about these issues to which they simply blamed it on the technician and said that they had fired him. I told Budget Heating and Plumbing that they were responsible for hiring and sending and non-ticketed employee to work on my furnace in the first place while telling me a ticketed technician would be doing this work! I told this company I will NEVER deal with them again and yet they repeatedly call and try to solicit more business from me. I have been very blunt and yet they have called at least 20 more times!!! Additionally, I did decide to have my furnace replaced by another company and the actual gas ticketed employee who was sent was honest enough to reveal to me that while my furnace was old, all the debris and rust I saw was normal for the age and their was nothing dangerous about operating this furnace and it could probably last another 5 or more years!!!!!
This is one of the most unprofessional business I have ever come across and I cant imagine how Revdex.com would accept them under their umbrella.
Jeff or Alex had called and fixed an appointment. I took leave. 1 hour before the allotted window they call and said they had to cancel because the service guy had to spend extra time. Okay, irritating but understandable.
Fixed for another day. No call or confirmation one day before. When I called to find out, they had no clue about my appointment but decided that it could happen anyway. I TOOK LEAVE AGAIN. Guess what? This time 1 hour AFTER the window started, they said my boiler was 2 years old and therefore service wasnt required. Who *** are they to decide that??? The first time he took down all details and now it was too new?
How can this business be with the Revdex.com, do the latter have any idea how they deal? They owe me 2 days' salary because they screwed up both times. Is this some sort of ***?
I could write heaps more but its not possible in this window. I'm really really POd at these people.
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF A CONTRACTOR REFUSING TO COME FOR SERVICE BECAUSE HE FEELS ITS NOT REQUIRED SINCE THE BOILER IS "TOO NEW"????

You guys keep calling around dinner time and I answered the call and Jeff said budget heating and he disconnected the call after that ? what this ?

This so called business not only continues to aggravate people by repetitive calling, they spoke to my 12 year old and aggressively booked a service call. What ever happened to asking for the owner of the house ?

I Spoke to your wife Yesterday as well. After she provided your telephone number, we looked up the records and it only indicated one telephone call this year which was yesterday and the call was marked as not interested and was not put through on the schedule. I completely understand your frustration and have advised our staff to remove your telephone number from our calling list and have spoken to the caller with regards to the conversation with your daughter he indicated that when he introduced himself as being from budget heating and plumbing your daughter quickly advised she was not interested and the call was then ended. We have used this review as a learning experience to better train our staff and can assure this will not happen again. we hope you can accept our sincerest apology with regards to this matter.

Budget Heating came and did an annual check on my heating. I am very impressed with how thorough Dean was and he able to answered all questions I had for him. Mike and his helper came back and installed a new hot water tank and cleaned my furnace and it has never looked this clean. I am very satisfied with both technicians and would recommend them to anyone.
