I am rejecting this response because:
As you can see by the attorneys name, they have someone in the family as counselThe threats are fine, and I am entitled to my reviews and my use of the Revdex.comThis is simple, we (*** *** & ***, also known as *** *** ***) paid a lot of money for the flooringOnly a short time later the floor has failedYou are more than welcome to come visit and see for yourselfWe hired what we believed to be a reputable and honest companyAll we are asking is that they stand behind their workThe install has a warranty and we would simply request that the company stand behind itEvery company has reviews, good, bad and indifferentHow can I be threatened to be sued for a simple and honest review?

Review: I had new awnings installed this past spring season. After a heavy rainfall one weekend, I've noticed all of the awnings installed on the right side of my house (garage side) have all leaked water. I called Mr. [redacted] and he stated he was going to use silicone sealant to resolve the problem. I asked him to give me a call when he was going to appear since I normally lock my gate to the backyard. It's the Fall season now and I have made numerous calls which Mr. [redacted] has not returned. I wanted this problem resolved before the Winter season approached. I am not calling him anymore. I've decided to file this complaint since he was not returning my phone calls.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] still needs to honor the contract that he drew up. He's quick to give you and estimate and want a deposit but not as quick to fix a repair. I would not recommend him to anyone else. He has definitely disappointed me.

Business

Response:

I rec'd letter on 11/22/13 went out that day and caulked 2 awning on side of house that was leaking. She also has other awnings on her house that were sold to her years ago. She wanted them caulked ago. I only stand behind them for 1 year on service I also caulk them and every awning on her house for free. I ask her and she told me she would call you and tell you it was done. I guess she didn't.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

However, when business stated that I did not update Revdex.com, I had by telephoning person on the letter and leaving her a message.
