Review: Made reservations 3 days in advance and after driving over 500 miles found out that the room, cost were not what we were told they would be

Made reservations for 3 nights was told it was 44 per night plus tax. We told the lady we needed a queen bed smoking. She preceded to tell us that wasnt a problem, we then asked her when check in was since reservcations were from 5/5/13 to 5/8/13 she said check in was anytime. we arrived at 4am after driving over 8 hrs she then told us that we would be charged an extra 25 because technically its still saturday even though it was 4am sunday morning, in our conversations she never mentioned any extra fees she said we could check in anytime. we went ahead and paid for room since we were tired from long drive. The room she gave us was non smoking and had two twin beds, when we went to confront her about the mistake all she said was if you could pay for two beds for price of one isnt that good? We asked her for a refund and since we paid with a debit card she told us it would be 2 days. Also the condition and appearance of the motel is not anywhere what was advertised on their website.Desired Settlement: we want our refund and these owners should not be in business or should be required to be listed and credited with the Revdex.com

We did refund his money in full . We did had a room for them . I do not recall any of the accuses that he is making.
