(Shower)  I told him that I didn't do tile , but that I knew someone who  would give him a 30% discount on materials.  Then I found a tIle man for him and I translated between tile man and kenny's mother inlaw.  During the work being done she was told that the plumbing was bad and I translated again between the Plumber and the owner Mrs [redacted].  He told her it would be $2,500 if she would get the permit. She guaranteed him no permit was needed and went on to say that other plumbers had re plumb all the kitchen pipes all the way to the clean out without a permit .  She guaranteed  that they would get paid for the work . She mentioned that the other plumbers had done less work for more money . She said that she was paying for all the work and said that if kenny said anything  , that he just being nosy . Kenny was Not  Not overseeing the job. Bad cast iron pipes full of hard debris were shown to Mrs [redacted].   Conveniently , after the work was finished kenny fired them . He told me that he wasn't paying  them for the work . Kenny is a Sargent for the  [redacted] department  that stood there intimidating us with his hand near his Gun untill we left . I believe he is in badly need of of retraining and sent to anger management.  I have mentioned this to one of the  [redacted]  Police  Chiefs.  ( M. [redacted] ) and to an employee representative  who was going to tell the Mayor of Kenny's actions .   This is why he is a policeman with a mission , to get even .  He's the type of officer that makes citizens.     afraid of officers when they get pulled over . I'm not a member of the Revdex.com, why do y'all waste your time on accusations by a Bad Cop  ?  Mrs [redacted] was willing to pay them men and he intimated her  by speaking to her loudly and telling her to go inside . It was plain to see she feared him .  Kenny gave me the impression that he was just looking for an Excuse to shoot us with no witnesses . The only money that I was going to make was for removing old tile and painting the bathroom . Mrs. [redacted] is a good lady and  a very adorable person . I truly feel for her. He recently  sent me a letter that he typed in hes own words and sent it from he's home at  [redacted] . and had Mrs. [redacted]'s name on it.  She lives in Clear Lake area .
