I disagree that there has been satisfactory resolution of my complaint I have not notified the Revdex.com that my complaint has been resolvedAs far as I can tell, nothing has changed since I submitted my complaint Specifically, the business sent me defective merchandise and tried to trick
me into discarding it so that it couldn't be returned I didn't fall for their "advice" and returned the merchandise, however I am still out The $that I had to spend to return the defective merchandise My request is for reimbursement of this $36.43Based upon this merchant's record, as shown on your website (they have not responded to any of the three previous disputes) I doubted that they would respond to my complaint I submitted my complaint in part to prevent the previous complaints "rolling off" after months, leaving the merchant with a "clean" record.Your email didn't tell me whether or not the merchant responded to my complaint, but I don't see a response on your website.As far as I am concerned, there has not been satisfactory resolution of my complaint I am still out $36.43*** ***
