Review: [redacted] has failed to credit my debit card for room not taken have contacted him over 20 times and keeps telling me he is going to do the transaction. took place Jan 3 2015. Refused the room because I was not told it was a smoking room. ALL rooms were smoking rooms . the smell was awfulDesired Settlement: refund my money

Review: Was sold two rooms that were in complete disrepair. Exposed sheet rock, mold, bugs. Asked to get our money back because the rooms were filthy and we were told no way. No refunds.Desired Settlement: A refund of the amount paid $92.00
