To Whom It May Concem:Yesterday I checked e-mail to find the BBB messages among hundreds of junk emails and it was late for in-time response.We apologized for the delay. As to the complaint, there are misunderstandings happened during the communications. We emphasize here again that we... always accept the FDA approved service dog if the availability allows. We only have one-bed room available for the date the customer requested, and it was not enough to accommodate four people(2 adults,2 kids). We only have limited number of 2-bed rooms (for 2-4 people), but it was all booked by working people for that week. So that I told the customer that we did not have applicable room available for that day(it was not that she was denied accommodations because of service dog). for further explanation, I told her that we only have limited number of rooms reserved for accepting service dog and others tor non-dog only tor people allergy to dog allergens (last year there were 3 people almost got killed due to dog allergens, NOT DIED as stated in the message.). I just meant her try other motels/hotels this time due to the unavailability of applicable room in our motel, never meant refuse service dog.We always try our best to satisfy all customers. There are lots of customers need accommodations tor pets/service dogs, there are also a lot of people who need no-dog rooms due to allergens or other reasons. Unfortunately, we only have limited resources in this small motel such that we might be unable to satisfy all customer's needs and make all happy in one way or another, in this day or another. Once this happened, we felt so sorry that we were unable to satisfy customers, and strongly hope that we were not tagged as illegal due to the unavailability of applicable accommodations.We apologize to the customer that we were unable to provide accommodations needed in the past, and beg for better understanding of that situation.Sincerely. Per the Americans With Disabilities Act, you can not deny accommodations to a service animal based on possible allergies of a future guestYou just have to clean the rooms sufficientlyMy dog is not considered a pet, but rather a form of medical necessityIt is illegal to deny accessI was told we could not get a room because they only had one "pet room"You can not legally require that we stay in only a pet roomWe found accommodation elsewhere, however this complaint stands because I don't want any other disabled persons to be treated the same

We are sorry that our response was not accepted by you. We always accept service dog if the applicable availability allows. We know the law and we follow the law, there are some misunderstandings happened during the past communication. If you have chance to travel again and if there are two-bed room available, we definitely provide you enough accommodations needed for a family of four. You are welcome to call in advance of your travel. You can not legally require that we stay in only a pet room. We found accommodation elsewhere, however this complaint stands because I don't want any other disabled persons to be treated the same.

Review: Budget Inn advertised as a weekly rental. The owner charged $550.00 per week for a 2 bedroom weekly rental. The AC was broken, the refrigarator was broken, the toilet leaked, the shower drain was clogged, the bathroom sink did not drain, and only one of the stove burners was in working condition. After placing multiple requests for repairs we were finally told that the mainteance/repair person did not show up. We were told we could "check out or switch rooms". After switching to another room, we encountered similar problems. This room is roach infested, the kitchen sink is broken and leaks, the bathroom tub faucet does not turn off and does not drain, and the floors appear as though they have not been vaccumed in years.Desired Settlement: This company was paid a total of $1100 for two weeks of rental at the Budget Inn. During this time, the company has not made any of the requested repairs. At this time, I am requesting a refund in the amount of $550.00.
