Spent a night at this motel. Walked in the room from getting off work and getting ready to relax in bed when I go to move the bed covers back, there were live maggots in the bed. I wouldn't even get near that bed the rest of the night. I had to make a pallet on the floor to sleep on. The shower had dead bugs on the flooring and walls of it. The refrigerator did not work. We had actually found a syringe needle stuck in the back of it. There was no telephone in on the room in case of emergencies. There was also dead roaches and crickets on the flooring of the whole room.
I would like to see if we could get our money back for the previous stays there too as well that nights stay. Or if we could get credit for a few nights at a different hotel location.

First we Apologized for the inconvenience.As per our research and as per guest complaint they have stayed with us before too this is not first time and for that nights also they stay full night.. If they come right away with the discomfort they having we sure move them right away or gave money back since they haven't complain right away n stayed full nights that also as repeat guest at this point we won't b able to give any money back..Becoz of inconvenience as courtesy I would like to give 10% off on there next stay with us..Once again I Apologize for Discomfort..Thank You .
