[redacted] ,I understand you're upset you couldn't buy the Soul you wanted but let me clarify a couple of items:I spoke with you for nearly minutes today and said good bye, I did not hang upI did offer you another Soul with half the miles, more options, KIA Certified and not a stick shift (which is a lot better value for the money)The Soul was here for days and was just sold to another customer here first, if you want proof I can show you.I told you I was sorry you couldn't buy it and offered you an even better vehicleI'm not sure what more you want me to do?

Upon review Thomas KIA did what it was obligated to do and any further agreement in regards to late payments or charges is between KIA Motor finance and Mr.***

services she opted NOT to do. The customer wants the warranty company or KIA to put a new engine in her vehicle under warranty without her doing any servicing that was required. If she had followed the requirements of her warranty she would not be in this situation.

I provided kim the advisor everything she asked for she told me I was ok, then called back and said I didnt get a 60000 mile and 90000 mile check up I informed her that I was in her facility for the XXXXX mile check up so that means they neglected to tell me. I Never opted out of anything. After my 3rd oil change I continued the maitence on my car at a cheaper place that was closer to my house which is wat I was told I could do by the salesman. When I tried to explain thi d to tom S[redacted] he hung up in my mothers face and mine. Nothing is wrong with my car it is in great condition the emission test was just passed. They are finding any and every excuse not to fix my car when I paid for the warranty. They are not being people of their word and tom S[redacted] is very rude as a General. Manager hanging up in a customers fsce when they are trying to resolve a problem is unacceptable. I asked about thr salesman who sold me the car because I was told diffrent things they acted as though they couldnt get in touch with him. How convenient?!

Thomas KIA would honor any warranty Miss [redacted] has on her vehicle as long as she has documentation proving she had all the required factory maintenance performed on her vehicle when it was due. Please have Miss [redacted] forward the documents to me and I will process her claim.
If she can not provide she performed the required services then she opted to void her own warranty and will need to repair the vehicle at her cost.
