Budget Kitchen and Bath

Review: This company installed Laminate counter tops which I bought from them. They did a poor job in installing the product. They did not fill in the gaps that after their installation and that has lead to damage to the laminate. The countertop is bulging and rotting behind the sink where water can get there easily. I am a new home buyer and I did not know to check if they filled the gaps or not. That is their responsibility to fill in the gaps after they install the countertops.

I contacted the company and emailed them the pictures. They said someone would contact me and fix it. Its been 15 days and I did not hear back from them.Desired Settlement: I expect them to call me and fix this immediately. I am not sure how they are going to do this but I want them to replace the damaged portion of the laminate. I want them to fill in other gaps around the counter top.
