I used this company for snow removal during the winter of 2014/15, and paid my invoice(#***) promptly upon receiving it Now here I am a year later and this company has fraudulently changed the date on the same exact check that cleared my account a year ago for payment and reprocessed it for payment again for a service they are no longer providing for me(I don't even live there anymore and haven't since June 2015!) This is not only unethical, but it is illegal(check fraud) I have tried to contact Ray M, the owner(I left a very friendly message on his voicemail for him to return my call and haven't heard back), as well as contacted the police department to file a report for the fraud he has committed

I am rejecting this response because:The condition to allow Budget Landscaping was to see the proof of his work on the Model house right across the streetHe never provided any evidence claiming he worked on the backyard of that houseHe told exact same story to more neighbors of mineWhen I asked about the proof, he never respondedI need to see the proof that he worked on that Model House as a part of my condition. Also the material he showed me to use, was not the material I asked him to use.

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint is true. Ray M[redacted], the owner of Budget Landscaping, Inc. has failed to provide services as agreed.  I paid this Budget Landscaping, Inc. fullpayment for services for the Spring/Summer 2015 Term in good faith, and he has decided not to honor our agreement.  Therefore I have brought this matter to the attention of the [redacted], and the Revdex.com.   Services were not rendered as scheduled, and payment was never late.  Any statements that payment was late are also incorrect.  These will be filed with the court as necessary.In addition, Ray lied again regarding [redacted].  [redacted] confirmed that they were an active business and tried to peacefully resolve the dispute (which is refundingthe money owed).  [redacted] indicated that business refused to discuss situation and was required to remove them from the approved provider list.  [redacted] can be contacted at the following number: [redacted] extension [redacted] or email at [redacted] to validate these statements.If business has recorded all calls customer would like a copy of these.  This would show that on several of the calls the business used foul language and threatened customerwith fraudulent charges (in his words) for not continuing with the contract.  These calls will also show that the services agreed upon were not completed by the deadline mentioned.  There was no reason as to why the sprinklers (agreed upon) were not completed.  The rain had nothing to do with this.  As far as the mowing is concerned there was only one mowing that took place after the contract was agreed upon and not 2.  Since nearly all conversations were via cell phone customer finds it hard to believe that any were recorded to begin with.  Therefore, statements by the company aregrounds for misrepresenting the customer and the customer is happy to counter-sue any slanderous accusations that the company is representing as Mrs. [redacted].

This complaint is a complete lie. Mrs [redacted] entered into an agreement with Budget Landscaping, Mrs. [redacted] cancelled contract. We had moed yard twice at this time, one was delayed to rain cant moe with wet grass destroys machine and lawn, yet she cancelled. She was then charged regular prices...

for her service. there was also a cancelation fee which was waved by owner, customer received other services with no charge.This customer has no complaint.  This customer also lied about contract with [redacted] Our contract was Not cancelled do to this customer, it actually ran out and we went with a bigger company 2 months before  this customer even made her complaint, so when [redacted] contacted our office we were not under any contract obligations nor are we now. This customer also lied about the owner getting upset, phone calls are recorded for quality assurance. What you will hear in those calls is the owner patently trying to explain to customer her options. The prices charged to This customer are the exact same non contract fees charged to over 3789 other customers, there Was NO price increase what so ever. In a [redacted] e-mail to this company the rep even said  I quote :Budget Landscaping thank you for your phone call today, it was a pleasure working with you and I would agree this is one of those customers that can never be satisfied: end of quote. Mrs. [redacted] entered into a contract did not read its terms or conditions, then canceled contract but wanted the contract prices. This customer payment was also late but no late fee was charged. Policy and terms of contract are the exact same for every customer and in a recorded call on April 14th 2015 at 1:47:09 p.m. This customer was notified of this, phone call is very clear owner informed her that cancelation of contract or default in any way will result in all discounts  being lost, in this phone call (that is recorded) she acknowledged this. Yet here she is trying to get something she don't have coming. If Mrs. [redacted] continues these lies  this company will have no choice but to file slander complaint and take her to court for all the fees waved by owner as he lost a customer but still waved all the fees involved to help her, owner could have slammed her with all those fees sued her which would result in additional attorney fees and cost for customer.It apparent this customers complaint is unfounded and full of miss leading facts. We have phone calls, statements from [redacted] contact and policy procedures, pictures ect, If Mrs. [redacted] actually has some evidence of wrong doing Budget would love to see it.
