Budget Landscaping

Review: Budget Landscaping was hired to complete subsurface drainage at our home on March 18, 2015. [redacted] the owner, and his crew showed up on March 19, 2015 to complete the job of laying pipe as we had dug 80% of the job ourselves. He changed the entire job on us, last minute, charged us 250.00 more than the estimate, tacked on a 125.00 receipt (which he has still failed to produce for our records) and made a complete MESS of our yard. Our first real rainstorm, true test of their work, came around last week, April 12, 2015, and I was in the front yard, backyard trying to locate all 6 of the drains that Budget Landscaping installed. The water was coming into my knee high boots. I tried contacting [redacted] multiple times via text, phone, and no answer. I eventually went onto his website and emailed him that if he didn't answer us by Thursday at 5, we would proceed with complaints. He immediately sent us back a text stating he was "out of town" and would contact us on Saturday. Saturday came and went without a sound from [redacted]. We contacted him again on Sunday Morning and he told us that we could find someone else to deal with us because he refused to. He stated that "he did nothing wrong at our house" We had a local Landscape Professional come out on Sunday after [redacted] with Budget Landscape refused. We were informed that the pipes installed by Budget Landscaping installed is holding 2.5" of water. Budget Landscaping failed to slope our pipes, they just put them into the ground. I have searched the web high and low only to find that Budget Landscaping, has no valid State LLC License nor does it have any State Contractors License. All of their invoices clearly state they are State Licensed and Insured.Desired Settlement: We do not want Budget Landscaping back onto our property as they are NOT State Licensed. I doubt they are insured either.We were lied to and robbed
