Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My complaint is trueRay M [redacted] , the owner of Budget Landscaping, Inchas failed to provide services as agreed I paid this Budget Landscaping, Incfullpayment for services for the Spring/Summer Term in good faith, and he has decided not to honor our agreement Therefore I have brought this matter to the attention of the [redacted] , and the Revdex.com Services were not rendered as scheduled, and payment was never late Any statements that payment was late are also incorrect These will be filed with the court as necessary.In addition, Ray lied again regarding [redacted] [redacted] confirmed that they were an active business and tried to peacefully resolve the dispute (which is refundingthe money owed) [redacted] indicated that business refused to discuss situation and was required to remove them from the approved provider list [redacted] can be contacted at the following number: [redacted] extension [redacted] or email at [redacted] to validate these statements.If business has recorded all calls customer would like a copy of these This would show that on several of the calls the business used foul language and threatened customerwith fraudulent charges (in his words) for not continuing with the contract These calls will also show that the services agreed upon were not completed by the deadline mentioned There was no reason as to why the sprinklers (agreed upon) were not completed The rain had nothing to do with this As far as the mowing is concerned there was only one mowing that took place after the contract was agreed upon and not Since nearly all conversations were via cell phone customer finds it hard to believe that any were recorded to begin with Therefore, statements by the company aregrounds for misrepresenting the customer and the customer is happy to counter-sue any slanderous accusations that the company is representing as Mrs [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has not resolved anything He came by last week and did clean up the yard, and told my husband and I he would bring us a proposal on what he would try to do to resolve the matter Since Friday, I have not been able to reach him nor has he emailed me a proposal on how he would like to resolve the matter , even though he said he would in a timely manner Once again, he is unable to be reached and doesn't even return phone calls or emails like he says he would I think he's a liar and wasting the time of me and my husband We have always paid him on time and for the work he has done, now that he has trespassed on our property and nearly destroyed our trees, he does nothing but try to just avoid the situation He is untrustworthy and unless he does something different we will take further action All I want is for him to be honest and to stop lying about resolving the matter when it seems all he wants to do is avoid us and not take responsibility for the damage he caused to our property Regards, [redacted]

This complaint is a complete lieMrs [redacted] entered into an agreement with Budget Landscaping, Mrs [redacted] cancelled contractWe had moed yard twice at this time, one was delayed to rain cant moe with wet grass destroys machine and lawn, yet she cancelledShe was then charged regular prices for her servicethere was also a cancelation fee which was waved by owner, customer received other services with no charge.This customer has no complaint This customer also lied about contract with [redacted] Our contract was Not cancelled do to this customer, it actually ran out and we went with a bigger company months before this customer even made her complaint, so when [redacted] contacted our office we were not under any contract obligations nor are we nowThis customer also lied about the owner getting upset, phone calls are recorded for quality assuranceWhat you will hear in those calls is the owner patently trying to explain to customer her optionsThe prices charged to This customer are the exact same non contract fees charged to over other customers, there Was NO price increase what so everIn a [redacted] e-mail to this company the rep even said I quote :Budget Landscaping thank you for your phone call today, it was a pleasure working with you and I would agree this is one of those customers that can never be satisfied: end of quoteMrs [redacted] entered into a contract did not read its terms or conditions, then canceled contract but wanted the contract pricesThis customer payment was also late but no late fee was chargedPolicy and terms of contract are the exact same for every customer and in a recorded call on April 14th at 1:47:p.mThis customer was notified of this, phone call is very clear owner informed her that cancelation of contract or default in any way will result in all discounts being lost, in this phone call (that is recorded) she acknowledged thisYet here she is trying to get something she don't have comingIf Mrs [redacted] continues these lies this company will have no choice but to file slander complaint and take her to court for all the fees waved by owner as he lost a customer but still waved all the fees involved to help her, owner could have slammed her with all those fees sued her which would result in additional attorney fees and cost for customer.It apparent this customers complaint is unfounded and full of miss leading factsWe have phone calls, statements from [redacted] contact and policy procedures, pictures ect, If Mrs [redacted] actually has some evidence of wrong doing Budget would love to see it

WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO MAKE THE *** FAMILY HAPPYWE DID NOT NOR WILL WE EVER TRESPASS OR TAKE IT UPON OURSELVES TO DUE ANY WORK THAT IS NOT APPROVEDWE STRONGLY BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND HONESTY WE DID NOT CHARGE THE ***'S FOR VISIT'S PLUS CHEMICALS AND BELIEVE WE HAVE DONE ENOUGH TO MAKE RESOLVE THIS SITUATION. OUR POLICY STATES WE SHALL NOT PAY FOR TREES THAT ARE HEALTHY AND GROWINGIF THEY DIED UPON OUR DOING WE WOULD REPLACE THEM BUT AT THIS TIME IT APPEARS THE TREES ARE HEALTHIER THAN LAST YEAR . I am rejecting this response because:They have not done EVERYTHING to make us happy.  The owner AGREED to service and maintain our landscaping at least 4 times and pay us $400 for the damage he did to our 7 crepe myrtles.  That's not even a fraction of what we paid for them last summer.  On top of that , he only serviced our yard TWICE not three times like he claims.  The last time he came to service our lawn over 2 weeks ago, he talked to both my husband and I and he said he wanted to make things right for what he did.  My husband even said if he wanted to change the terms, and he's willing to entertain it, but he never returned my phone calls after that visit, and he never even emailed me a new proposal like he promised.  We are the ones not willing to compromise? We just want some compensation for the trouble he caused us.  Make no mistake , he broke the law and trespassed into our property.  What he wants is to do what he wants on his own terms , not even owning up to the damage he did to the trees.  He cut our trees with out our consent!  He trespassed into our property which is illegal.  How can he say it's impossible to make us happy when he's not even living up to his word.  We have always paid him on time for the work he's done for us.  We pay him for the price we agreed to, but now that he owes us money and he's done something wrong, all of a sudden , we are unreasonable and he's done everything.  He's a liar and a bad business owner and I would never trust anyone like him to do anything for us.  I will tell everyone I know what a bad business owner he is and what a liar he is and how he will just take people's money and damage their property without their consent.  I went with him because he was supposedly A rated by the Revdex.com, clearly he doesn't have a lot of clients and he really hasn't done work for people in San Antonio.  He's the one that agreed to it.  He hasn't even offered to try and make things better, he just thinks it's ok to trespass onto his clients properties and lie about doing work when he's not doing the things he's saying.
