Budget Lawn Care & Snow Removal

I contacted this company in 28 May to powerrake my lawn. They said it they would be there the next day. On May 31 I left a message to say if they didn't come that day not to bother....they came, did a partial and poor job of the front lawn and nothing in the backyard. They cashed the cheque that same day. When I called [redacted] said he would make it right....over a month and more than 20 phone calls later, he either doesn't take my call or hangs up on me. I assume they have caller id so I called from my cell and he answered and when he found out who it was he said I can't hear you and hung up. I then sent an email asking for a refund and for the decency of a call back and still nothing. I then left a message saying I would file and report with the Revdex.com. The price for front and back lawn is $145. She was told this when she ordered and said she only wanted the front lawn done. After we performed the service, 3 weeks later, once the cheque was cashed, she called and said she thought for $95 she should get the back lawn done for that price too. We told her the price was $145 for both front and back lawn but she insisted we do it for free. We said, very nicely, we would power rake her back lawn if she paid the extra $55.
