Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is an outrageous fabrication At no time was I ever abusive to Mr [redacted] or his receptionist It was in fact Mr [redacted] who told me to " F
K Off " and hung up on me I did call back to ask him why he hung up on me and then he told me I was a " sick man " threatened to call the police and hung up on me again He has not filed a police report I checked with the [redacted] Police Department nor would he receive a protective order for two phone calls His assertion that he needs the original trust is false When I obtained the trust he had me answer basic questions All I should need to do is answer the same questions again I found it odd though that he has no client records of any kindThe trust document is a standard template However, since Mr [redacted] claims he filed a police report he should have to provide a copy to corroborate his claims I am sure he does not record his calls but if he does he should provide a copy of the recording The simple fact is that Mr [redacted] operates in an unprofessional manner and his statements are a boldface lie.Regards, [redacted] **
The firm has competed over trusts; I explained to Mr*** that in order to update a trust, he needs to provide a copy of the trust; he acknowledges that he lost the trust; this firm (or any firm) cannot update any estate document without referring specifically to the contents of that
document; Mr*** refused to accept that simple fact; the firm was willing to update the estate work on a no-charge basis, but the client must provide a copy; that copy refers to specific sections that are being amended, deleted, or addedThe only other alternative is for Mr*** to complete a new trustHe may be angry and frustrated that he lost his trust but feels that someone else is responsible for his misfortuneI am sorry for any discourse or acrimony; if Mr*** ever finds his trust, we will be pleased to make the requested changes.Mr*** was verbally abusive to the staff of this firm on a continual basis to the point that we filed a police report; he was put on notice and we warned him that if such continued we would have to apply for a protective order or civil restraining order

He has not filed a police report I checked with the [redacted] Police Department nor would he receive a protective order for two phone calls.
His assertion that he needs the original trust is false. When I obtained the trust he had me answer 25 basic questions. All I should need to do is answer the same 20 questions again. I found it odd though that he has no client records of any kind. The trust document is a standard template .
However, since Mr. [redacted] claims he filed a police report he should have to provide a copy to corroborate his claims. I am sure he does not record his calls but if he does he should provide a copy of the recording.
