We have hired an electrician to properly install the new light. I sent out an associate from our company to access the broken light and they stated it would be best to have an electrician to install it due the age of the home and current state of the old outlet. This has delayed the
repair. The roof was installed less than two weeks ago. Mr *** has not been in contact with us with about any concerns. I find it quite shocking that he'd call us liars. I guess it's another case of you can get on the internet and type anything. He was extremely happy with the roof and work. He was not happy about having to pay an additional amount of money for additional damaged decking replacement that I only asked him to pay our cost of material and labor. I have been extremely honest and forthright with Mr***. The light will be fixed as quickly as I can get our electrician out to handle the situation properly and professionally.
