Our craftsmanship warranty
is good for one year following the completion of the project which was completed 11/7/We had no knowledge of any type of damage to the septic line from the homeowner who we had the contract with
*** *** contracted us in regards to opening the pool, and then proceeded to request that I pay for the bill to repair the septic line that was allegedly damaged at the time of installation years ago
If there was an issue with anything, the former homeowner had ample time to get a hold of usWe have the right to refuse business at our discretion
In this case we would have been happy to open the pool for this customer and provide a new relationship for the future homeowner had she not been making accusations and harassing myself and my employees
Bottom line is that if the septic line has been broken for years and causing major ground problems in the backyard, I believe that we would have heard about it long before now

The previous homeowner has tried to callShe even said she had the neighbors call and ask if she would refer the pool company to them and she said she wouldn't use them again and to go with another Springfield pool company
Again, the first time I called and spoke with *** he said to let him know what the cost was, like he knew they were responsibleAlso when I spoke to *** he knew of the exact issue I was talking about with the septic lineI understand the warranty is no longer "valid" but the issue with the septic happened as the pool was originally installed, they attempted to fix, thought it was fixed, it broke again and the previous owner was so frustrated by this company didn't request it to be fixed againI keep in touch with this seller and I know she has left messages with zero response from anyone at the pool company*** said if I had the previous owner call and tell her that she was frustrated with his service he would think about fixing it(This was after telling me to send the bill to him the first time)Still would like to be reimbursed for septic line repair and I would like to pay them to open my pool

There is no middle ground to be obtained with this complaint due to the simple fact that it is completely invalidThe person making this complaint is not the original owner of the pool and it is way outside the warranty periodI was never aware of this issue at the time of install years agoIf I had, it would of been fixed in a timely fashionNo customer would let this go without letting me knowWe have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com for a reason!
