Review: When I stayed at this motel, it was disgusting and infested with bed bugs. I had my child there. I did not even sleep in the bed. The floor was the safest place for my daughter and I to sleep. When I told the [redacted] owner about it he caught a nasty attitude and talk down to me as if I did not know what I was talking about. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I also arrived in my room with no towels in it and I went to the front desk and ask to have some towels. The [redacted] owner again caught a nasty attitude told me I was lying and argued back and forth with me. I never disrespected the the worker once. I politely asked could I have some towels for my room because they were not in there when I purchased the room he remains nasty and finally gives me a towel and steps from the counter and hands the towels to me rudely. I also explained to him that had I had towels in my room I would not have came down here to bother him. He shrugs off again with a nasty attitude and says something under his breath which is believed to me to be racist and goes back behind the counter.

To make matters worst when I requested a room because I had just gotten back in town and the [redacted] worker says to me that if I check in to my room today (April 1st, 2013) at 12 midnight that I would have to check out today on April, 1st, 2013 at 11 a.m. So I am paying him 80.00 dollars on a room just to check out on the same day? That's crazy and I ask that his guy be fired or removed from his position if you have that power. he tries to get over on individuals and he is a lier and lacks honesty and leadership.

The [redacted] worker also likes to have false advertising about the hotel stay pay rates. if I wanted a single room it would be 65.00 no tax a double room would be 75.00 no tax and a king or queen room that it would be 80.00 no tax. Every time I ask for a different room he wants to jack the prices up and say that he doesn't have particular rooms just so he can make me have pay a higher price. He is rude, a lier, produces false advertisement, a racist, a sexist and most of all provides horrible customer service. he yells at his customers and talks down to them. To test my theory out @ 12 midnight on April 1, 2013 I had my boyfriend go in and ask how much would it cost for a room and what time is check in. He came back and said the [redacted] owner said check in was at 2 am and that he did have other rooms available. I asked my boyfriend was he sure and he said yes. So I went in and asked the same questions for rates, rooms and check in and check out time the [redacted] owner off the break was rude and said check in time was at 2 p.m. and the only room he had available was the 80.00 room. My boyfriend and I repeated this process twice and we got the same different answers we both received the first time.Desired Settlement: tthis worker needs some classes on Hospitality Management period.
