Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I am rejecting the gentleman's offer because: 1) there is not any offer 2) He has worked on the vehicle three separate times in a four month span with no success in fixing many issues 3) I have driven by every afternoon to check progress after work and he was always closed by that time 4) I have been very patient with him through this entire process until this recent time 5) Our last discussion was heated because he refused to look at the issue on the vehicle, he refused to refund any portion of money, and proceed to tell me that he was "done having dealings with me" and he told me to leave his property indicating that he was no longer adhering to the four year warranty that was included with payment Regards, [redacted]

The gentleman brought me the vehicle, we striped surfaces that weren't fiberglass, we painted entire truckWe had customer bring truck in for buffingweeks later he said that truck looked fine to him, but I insisted on making truck look betterAfter about weeks he brought truck back saying in
certain light there were flawsHe said you can only see it in certain way light shines on itI told him not to worry we would repaint entire truck as we didDid not hear from him for weeks; then he came in to pick up truck and said he wanted his money backWe have more than tried to make him happy, but to no prevailHe had his truck painted and he wants his money tooI asked him are they not any value at all he said no not to him so I just ended conversation as he was screaming at other customers walking inTried to please him
