In response to the complaint, we were first called by the customer on 05-09-2016, checked the system and found it had a bad compressorWE gave a proposal to replace the unit or the compressor it self.The customer chose to replace the compressorWe did the job, and checked the system, it was
working good at this timeAbout 1/months later, the customer called back on sunday july 24thJRthe service tech on call that weekend, told her that the contactor in the existing unit needed to be replaced, and there would be a charge for this as it had nothing to do with the compressor that had been replaced 1/months agoThey refused to pay, so JRtold them to call on monThey did, and set up a call for between and 700pmWe went out and replaced the contactor after making sure they knew there would be a charge for the part and service. I am sorry the customer feels like we took advantage of herI feel we did nothing wrongWe want all of our customers to feel as though we take great care of themOur office personal is instructed to inform of overtime charges when a customer requests an after hours call. If somehow they were not told of the overtime charge, I will be willing to refund the $overtime chargethe regular cost is $

Let me start by saying we are very sorry it came to this. We pride ourselves in doing good and honest work for our customers. As for this situation, we did have problems solving the water leak problem. Normally it is a simple fix, but sometimes you run into one that gives you problems, as this one...

did. yes we went out several times, we ended up raising the entire air handler to get more slope on the drain line. as for the 4 times we had to go out, we only charged 58.00. The other 3 were no charge. The last time out we found the evaporator coil freezing up and leaking Freon. we agreed to replace the coil for a certain price, which I had given 200.00 off on the labor. both parties agreed. the factory distributor sent us the wrong coil, so we were not able to do the job the day of the appointment. . distributor told us they could have the coil in 1to 2 days. instead we sent someone to get the coil to another distributor out of town 4hrs.round trip. the correct coil also cost us 340.00 more than the original one, which we explained to the customer we would take care of. I feel we have more than done our part to compensate our customer. We are installing the new, correct coil today. Sincerely [redacted]
