This job was done back in April we couldn’t get in contact with her for the follow up she called months later told us she was bedbug free and we got rid of the problem but she still wanted the follow up I told her she should have contacted us sooner that the guarantee has expired, but I would seen a tech back out one more time for free and she needs to get on the bedbug preventive plan for $ she agreedweeks later she called and said now she see bedbugs we sent a tech out again free of charge , we got rid of the bedbugs back in April Ohio is the th infestation state the bugs were gone for months and a different infestation has beginRicardo j*** supervisor [redacted]

AFTER SHE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE, [redacted] TOLD HER SHE COULD WORK AT THE LOT WHENEVER HE NEEDED HER THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH BUYING THE VEHICLE.WHEN SHE CAME IN AND TOLD US SHE WAS PREGNANT AND COULDN'T BE AROUND CHEMICALS, WHICH WE USE FOR DETAILING VEHICLES, THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THAT WE WOULD HAVE NEEDED HER FORALL OTHER POSITIONS WERE FILLED AT THE TIME.I HAVE ENCLOSED A COPY OF THE PREVIOUS LETTER AND COPIES OF REPAIR ORDERS THAT SHOW WHAT WAS DONE TO THE VEHICLEI BELIEVE THAT THIS IS PROOF THAT THE REPAIRS WERE DONE TO THE VEHICLE.WE HAVE SINCE REPLACED 'THE BACK WINDOW THAT WAS BROKEN WHEN WE REPOED THE VEHICLE, AND INSTALLED A MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR AS WAS NOTED IN A PREVIOUS COMMUNICATION

11/9/11:am telephone response received from company as follows: The company stated they told the consumer verbally on the telephone that the closets needed to be clear.The company stated that they sent a technician out, they sprayed and treated her home twice.The company stated the first time they treated the home, the consumer didn't have the closet and living room clean and she decided she didn't want it treatedThe company stated they advised her she needed to clean the closet but she did not clean itThe company stated the consumer did purchase a nuvine strip to put in one of their closets.The company stated they went out a second time and closet was not clean againThe company stated the consumer called them about days later asking if they could come out sooner because the closet had been cleanedThe company stated they told the consumer because they were not prepared before on both visits, there would be a service charge of $35.00.The company stated they spoke with the consumer today around 12:pm, and explained that if bed bug activity is seen, they will still honor their guarantee and return to treat the home but if the consumer just wants them to return with no bed bug activity to address the closet, there will be a $service charge

WHEN *** *** PURCHASED HER VEHICLE IT WAS EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THERE WAS A REBUILT SALVAGE TITLE, THIS DID NOT DETER HER FROM WANTING TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLEWE ALSO EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE TAX,TITLE AND DOC FEES WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DOWN PAYMENT THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM
SEPERATELYWE TOOK CARE OF THE TITLEWORK FOR HER AND CALLED HER TO TELL HER THAT HER MEMO TITLE WAS HERE FOR HER TO PICK UP OR I COULD MAIL IT TO HERSHE SAID SHE WOULD PICK IT UPWHEN, AFTER A FEW DAYS, SHE DIDN'T COME IN, I MAILED IT TO HERHER BOYFRIEND SEEMED TO BE VERY UPSET' THAT SHE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE WITHOUT HIM BEING WITH HERSHE HAD COME IN WITH HER FRIENDSHE CAME TO THE LOT AND WAS BEING VERY RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONALI BELIEVE THAT THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM LIESAS FAR AS THE TRANSMISSION GOES, WHEN WE GOT IT BACK HERE IT WAS DRIVEN BY OUR MECHANICS AND THE OWNER AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH ITIT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSORTHE CUSTOMER HAD SOMEONE TO TRY TO REMOVE THE AIR FILTER AND THEY BROKE THE AIR BOX WHICH MAY CAUSE IT TO RUN ROUGH AND MAY SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANNYTHE CUSTOMER ALSO BROKE OUT THE BACK WINDOW, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT OFFERED TO PAY FORSHE WAS ALLOWED DAYS IN WHICH TO GET HER VEHICLE BACK.WHICH IS ACCORDING TO OHIO REPO LAWSWE ASKED HER TO PAY THE PAST DUE BALANCE PLUS HER LATE FEE OF $20.00,RECOVERY FEE OF $25.00, PLUS TWO SECURITY DEPOSITS (PAYMENTS OF EACH) FOR A TOTAL OF $TO GET HER VEHICLE BACKTHIS ALL WITHIN OUR RIGHT TO DO ACCORDING TO OHIO REPO LAWSJUST AS AN ASIDE, THE OWNERS WIFE DROVE TIS VEHICLE FOR OVER A YEAR WITH NO PROBLEMS AND SHE HAS CHILDREN THAT SHE HAS HAD TO TRANSPORT ALSO

HelloI thought the matter was resolved, just seen more bugs in my daughter room. When they came out I no I was not home because they came way after the allotted time provided. They sprayed the bed with a different chemical, but I suggested that to him the bugs may be embedded in the wood
frames of the bed. At this point I would just like a refund so that I can get the issued treated correctlyI wish not to speak or deal with this company anymore. Makes me feel as if the technicians are not certified or trained properly to locate the bugs. Respectfully,*** ***

This is my response as to why I rejected to companies response:I had in fact, went in with my children not friends, and was told of the rebuilt salvaged title AFTER I had handed the the money for the down payment and was halfway through signing the paperworkWhen I had asked what that meant, he and his secretary had told me that it didn't affect the value of the car whatsoeverMy husband had no idea how to fix the vehicle, and that is why I drove it like it wasMy husband is not mechanically savy, and we hadn't even opened the hood other than to check the oilFor them to now say that we in fact broke the vehicle, is an insult and is absurd! And he sold me the vehicle without headlights and front blinkers, so obviously the vehicle his wife was driving wasn't taken care of properly before selling it to meAll I wanted was for the vehicle to be fixedI actually had tried to return the vehicle the next business day, and he would NOT allow me toI had given them $for the tax,title and doc fees, and told them I needed a little more time to pay my payment because that had left me completely brokeThe owner, [redacted] had agreed and also too me that he would allow me to work off my payment by working days out of the month at his lotHowever, regardless of the many times I had called and tried to work, they kept giving me the run around and eventually ended up ignoring me.? The company needs to take responsibility for their actions
