I was out of town camping and did not have data or phone service during that time of which he said I did not respond. When I got back into town, I returned the customer's phone call and learned that he had called another company and told him that because my work did not fix the problem, I
would back up my work and refund him his money, which I did. He should have received the check today.In catching up on emails, I discovered that he had complained to the Revdex.com and looked for texts he said were sentThere were none, however, in further digging I discovered that he had sent messages to a facebook account for the business. Normally, I receive notifications on my email account when someone leaves a message, however, none came through until Thursday, when I was already gone. I apologize for everyone's inconvenience in this matter, but it really was just a misunderstanding and the man has been refunded his money
