Carey Motors Service Department is Horrible. If they tell you they will take care of the problem on the phone, get it it writing! Example; Made an appointment to fix both front and back electric window switches. After waiting a couple days, they fix the front but not the back. Called them about it when I realized it, they said "they would take care of it next time I brought my car in". I told them a will be a while since I was very frustrated. they again said, "no problem, just next time you bring it in. Well, almost a year later I took a risk and took it back in. They fixed it and after telling them about it, they still charged me for parts and labor.When making an appointment to get your care fixed and replace parts, call the parts department yourself and order the parts, they won't and your car sits until they do.Do NOT get there warrenty, its useless since they do everything to make sure whatever is not covered. Bumper to Bumpoer must mean just the bumpers, not the car. They are rude, lazy, have poor folow through, and not true to their word. The positive is they do oil changes and somewhat wash your car. Also make sure they DO the work you ask them to, because with me they didn't.
