Ms [redacted] was set to return at 4:43pm on 5/01/We allow an hour grace period without charging an additional day -- She actually had until 5:43pm to return the car without penaltyWe do not allow after hour rentals and we clearly state this to every customer upon opening of their rental agreement(The store closed at 6pm on Sunday May 1st) Had our store been opened for business during the hour Ms [redacted] wanted to return her car she would have been nearly two hours late and another day charge justifiedShe was not charged an extra day because she returned the following day -- She was charged the extra day for returning at 7pm (2hours after she was due, and 1hour after her grace period)Raul [redacted] attempted to explain this to Ms [redacted] but the customer became irate and did not want to speak with him so she began to ask for a manager above himRaul informed the customer that he would make me aware of the situation and that I would get back to Ms [redacted] upon review of the incidentThis upset our customer further and she threated to take the matter to our corporate office, to which Raul informed her that matters such as these are only handled locally as we are a franchise Budget location We take great pride in our customer service and are saddened when we hear of such complaints but we stand by the charge for the aforementioned reasonsWe're sorry that our customer seems to not understand when she was due to return her car but we have it clearly stated on her contract that is attached to this email

As I stated beforeThis company is unprofessional! no one asked me to set up a claim nor send in information, nor when calling to the business the business advise the calls are being record and or monitored at allSo they are illegally recording conversation without proper disclosuresThe GM I spoke with called to say yea we are going to win this case, instead of giving a proper apology in regards to what happenThere was a hour time frameIN which I called on several occasions to see when the drivers will be thereIf all calls are being monitored the merchant would know the gentleman I spoke with provided me a 12pm-3pm timeframe in which they were still lateon the paper I have the movers arrived at 4:30pmI myself scratching my head for the response from the business still unapologetic for what happenedI don't care if the light was free they still broke the lightThe rental office can not disclose if I was charged or not, nor can they disclose the damages that I filed for the move

Beware of this big time cheaters! I am in fight with my home warranty company that sent them to check on the garage door openerThe way they tried manipulating with me and the warranty company is disgustingwill share complete details as soon as the case is closedyou may want to look elsewhere for garage door related services; otherwise, they will make you pay unnecessarily for a lot of things

Jeff with DoorFixers came out to service my garage which was not operatingJeff did an awesome jobHe was very informative and patienceHe explained what cause the issue with my garage and walked me through various options to get it fixed today and future enhancements that would increase the longevity of my garage doorI could not be happier with the service providedI actually have encountered other garage companies and this experience with DoorFixers was the best by farI will keep them for future reference for any garage repair needs and also share their contact information with otherThank you again Jeff

I had Professional Door Fixers come out to fix my garage door that wouldn't closeTwo guys came out on time and fixed the problem in less than an hourThey had to replace a part and didn't even charge me for the part because they researched it and found the original was defectiveNothing but good to say here

morning job takes longer than anticipated, and the following job may become delayedThe recorded conversation of Ms*** first call has her saying “no problem” when told that the crew was running lateThe move was indeed completed successfully for Ms***, which is evidenced by her numerous signatures on the Bill of ladingThe move took hours, at $per/hour, to complete, plus a one time travel fee of $The total bill for services was $245.00, which is exactly the amount of the estimated price quoted to her the day beforeServices were rendered smoothly and at no time were any complaints or damages noted or communicated to us by Ms***. On 04/01/William M*** at Arizona Discount Movers received a call from a Merchant Services Representative inquiring what the $services were forAlso on the line was Ms***, which made it a 3-way callUpon William’s truthful response, Ms*** abruptly hung up the phoneThe Merchant Services Representative then replied “Well, I guess she knows what the services were for”. We received the Dispute Notification in the mail on 04/05/(Reason: / Cardholder Does Not Recognize Transaction) which is a non-truth and has nothing to do with any alleged light damageAmy H*** the Owner of ADM, promptly called Ms*** to clarify the accusationMs*** said the reason for the chargeback was because we broke an exterior light at the Apartment Complex that we moved her into, and she was subsequently charged by the Apartment for the replacementAmy asked her why she did not let us know about it and asked her what the replacement cost wasMs*** replied was “I don’t know”Amy then told her that she would gladly send her a damage claim form and pay for the light if she would rescind the chargebackMs*** was told that a frivolous chargeback such as this had virtually no chance of fruitionMs*** did not reply and hung up the phoneShe then called back and spoke with Stephanie V***, one of our Sales Representatives, to inform her that she is going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, because we were rude and unprofessional (all recorded calls prove otherwise decisively), and she was going to contact her Attorney Jay Robers, the General Manager, then called The Turn Apartments (Ms*** residence) to inquire about the damaged light and replacement costsHe was told by the sales person there that a small exterior light globe was indeed replaced, but the $cost was NOT charged to Ms***. They installed a new door, railings and opener about months ago While opening the door, The door came
Off of the new railing on 08/I called the company and they sent someone out the next day
They fixed the door at no cost and the technician was very friendlyThe owner was consulted and made the correct business decision to not charge me for the repair

Thank you for the opportunity to respond and clarify the details of our valued Customers move on 6-19-I am not clear with the accusation that we did not have enough wardrobe boxes or tapeEach truck has a minimum of wardrobe boxes and ample tapeCustomer *** *** did not request
additional wardrobes when booking the moveIf the crew was low on tape they would use shrink wrap as a substituteLack of a single damage is evidence that items were protected and secured accordinglyWe did send one of our largest vehicles, a 28' truck, as the over the phone inventory from *** *** indicated her sq/ft home was well appointedBased on the said conversation we had no reason to believe it would not all fit on one loadAs it turned out there was considerably more furniture and items at the residence than indicated, specifically in the garage, and it was evident that two trips may be necessaryOne crew member, who realized he could have packed the truck a little tighter, took it upon himself to offer to return the following day with his own vehicle and transport the remaining items at no chargeAt no time did the Customer insist that a second trip be done or attempt to call our officeThe crew member, as promised, did arrive the following day, loaded his vehicle full and unloaded all at the Customers new residenceUpon return for the second load the Customer told him "don't worry about it" and sent him home On 6-21-*** ***'s fiance *** called ADM and voiced his concern about her moveFollowing conversations with the crew, our Sales Manager explained to *** that all indications showed that even if truck had been jammed tight, two trips would still be necessaryKeep in mind that there were two full pick up truck loads remainingAgain it must be noted that *** did not request a second trip to finish the job on move dayAlso, he cut our crew member loose after he completed one pick up truck full and returned for the secondThese decisions were made solely by *** and he did not deny making themEven though he made the decisions to call it a wrap on his move, we still sent him a gift card for him and his fiance to have a nice dinner.Upon seeing the negative review, which was quite to our surprise, we made numerous attempts to call him and left messages for him to return our callsAll for naughtHe has yet to return our callsThis is extremely frustrating for us when a Customer makes his own decisions, regarding completion of his move, and then proceeds to throw us under the bus to cover the willful choices he made

To begin, all recorded calls are done so legally and they are all available to review, if requested, to show that at no time was anyone at ADM rude or unprofessional to our valued Customer. Damage claim forms are systematically sent out when a Customer contacts us to report a damage. However, we were never contacted by our Customer. We contacted her 3 weeks after the move to respond to her frivolous credit card chargeback we received in the mail. I say frivolous because the credit card company immediately denied her chargeback upon our truthful response. At this point our Customer then informed us that she was charged by the apartment community for an exterior light broke by our moving crew, and she wanted compensation. We then promptly called the apartment rental office, but only to inquire about paying any fees for the alleged broken light. The sales associate there informed us that our Customer was not, and would not be charged any fees at all for the broken globe on said light. This was the second time our Customer was not truthful with us, assumedly for monetary gain, and the second time the truth (or lack of) was revealed. We apologize for any inconvenience our Customer may have experienced, and hope only the best for her in her future endeavors.

This company I think has been getting away with unprofessional and questionable tactics like blatant lying. I wish you all could understand I have been the one taking proper channels etc. Jay is out of control and reckless with what leaves his mouth. I would like one last thing answered. which court do I file in? Like do I take them to small claims because the amount of my claim ?
