Budget Roofing State License # *** was hired to replace our roof damaged during hurricane Irma and did so on October and During said roof replacement our rain gutters were damaged and buckled from the work crews laddersWe were assured multiple times by multiple representatives on multiple occasions this situation would be correctedFull payment was made on November 2, in the amount of $10,and to date no gutter repairs have been completed

The Budget Roofing Services INC., was contracted to fix the roof , not make multiple repairs of shoddy work
as of September 24, Budget Roofing Service was hired and paid to make repairs to my carport
After a heavy rain , I noticed that the repaired area was again leakingAn employee from budget came out and made a tar repair to the roof The repair began to leak again in February, once again an employee was sent out to make yet another repair ( Shawn ) indicated the flashing had not been installed and he proceeded to do so
April , roof was leaking again and I called Budget to inform them May 2, the owner of the Business ; Greg Williams came out to
discuss repairs and lack of clean up , and he promised to send someone out in a couple days

Budget Roofing Services, Increroofed our home in August of this year My husband and I are very pleased with the installation of the roof and the process from beginning to end Chris W*** (son of the contractor) did a through inspection of our roof, explained what he observed of the existing roof, gave his recommendation on what needed to be done with the type and style of shingles that would serve us best, then gave us a comparable estimate We liked his professionalism, his knowledge in roofing and gladly answered any questions we askedHe gave us the written estimate on what was to be done, including a booklet explaining the type, life and shingle colors to select from There was no pressure on his part for us to choose his company, he stated if we did decide to use his company, they were glad to reroof our home
When we decided on Budget Roofing, Chris brought the contract, explained they would pull the reroofing permit, call us on when work would commence and when the inspections needed to take place
Chris also brought out samples of the shingles to give us a better idea of what color and style to pick from With weather cooperating, Budget roofing started the job the day that was scheduled The gentleman that worked for the company that brought the roofing materials were friendly, concerned with not damaging our property when backing up the large truck to unload the roofing material and very safety conscientious When the crew came to start the job, the crew boss (Carlos) explained the process, stated if there was any unforeseen issue he would show us the problem before it was fixed, then the crew of five started right away They worked none stop except to get a drink of water and lunch The necessary work was completed at the proper time for the required inspections to take place Once finished, the crew cleaned up all left over material, debris and took metal detectors around our home to pick up any roofing nails that fell during the reroofThe contractors wife (Cindy) was there when the crew finished the job to answer any last questions we had, that we were satisfied with the workmanship, and the overall look of the new roof Before payment was made, all inspections were approved, the warranty was in hand and lastly Cindy stated their ultimate goal is to make sure their customers are totally satisfied with their companies work
