Dear Sir or Madame,We wish to reply to this complaint with stating the facts:1) We have made several attempts to let patient know of her remaining balance since Aug 24,We can provide the dates of letters sent.2) We have no way of knowing if a patient received their mail since we don't send our bills using certified mail.3) It is the patients responsibility to notify us of any address change.4) Since Feb 15,2018,( per letter), we have spoken to the patient and tried to explain why there was a balance on the account.In our opinion, patient was also rude and demanding.Since the patient's account has been assigned to the collection agency, we will instruct the agency to accept the $from the patient and to write off the $per her request.The collection agency can also provide her with the letter she is requesting to release her of financial obligation to our office.We hope this resolution will satisfy the patient.Sincerely,Judy D [redacted]

I spoke to [redacted] on 07/17/2017 after receiving her email stating she wanted a refund so she may get the crown completed at another dental office. I spoke with the treating dentist and we agree to refund the patient for what was paid towards this crown in the amount of $475.40. This refund was...
