Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Ms [redacted] stated that her checkout time is 1pmOn all of our paperwork and signed agreements and payments they clearly state noon is checkout timeIn her statement she said states she was not out of the room at noonThe manager [redacted] states their was a cat in the room as well and I am pretty sure she knows the difference between cat toys that Ms [redacted] child likes and a actual catWhen a cat is in the room she must pay the pet deposit which she never did as wellWe request not to refund her the deposit due to the fact that she did not follow the agreement that she signedPlease let us know where we go from hereOn April 1, at 12:I left Placitas Trail my home tp pick up my stuff from Budget Suites AmericaI got a call from the young Hispanic girl who also made the reservation on 3/18/to move my stuff from the hotelShe told me that I needed to my stuff asap and I asked her if I will get a late fee from my depositShe said no because the hotel doesn't take money out of my $depositShe responded and said I needed to be out before 1pm and the hotel will not charge a late fee for another day and also they couldn't take it out of my depositI got my personal belonging out by 1pmWhen I called on 4/25/the lady said that [redacted] had made a comment and stating on my file sheet for the room that I had a cat in the hotel that was written by [redacted] after the move because she saw a cat matI tried called that day to talk to [redacted] but she was out of the officeI was at the hotel for for 1/days reconciling with my family problems at my permanent homeI wasn't at the hotel after the 4/to pick up my belongingsThe hotel refrigerator ,oven, microwave ,oven, bath, bath sink ,kitchen sink, and stove was cleanThe stove and oven was not used at all [redacted] claimed that she actually saw the cat, Can she prove or show what color, weight, or size of my catmy son's cat mat is a room décor for his room that I had to buy again for my sonDid she take any pictures or have any type of proof of having a cat at the hotelEveryone owns a phone with a cameraHe had been asking for it ever since I forgot to pick it up from moving out of the hotelmoney was a tight budget and I finally can find the same exact mat that I bought for my son and having prove that it was a mat for my son's room décorNot for the catMy son's cat has his own mat called his bed [redacted] made allegations to Revdex.com and needed be reprimanded for her actionsI have all the evidence that needed to clear my caseHow many people have this lady fraud to other innocent victimsI know she made a a.allegations on everything told to the Revdex.comI would like my whole refund from this businesses and thus lady be heavily reprimanded for her actions.Please call [redacted] at [redacted] about the cat whereabouts at was at home with himPlease reinvestigate this clearly and carefully what [redacted] had said in the commentsPlease reopen this file and read [redacted] comments she wrote on my hotel file that she wrote the reason why I couldn't get my deposit backOn 4/25/I made the call and [redacted] was not in the office and around 2:50pm I did called and a older lady answered and she said that she only could read the comments wrote to the deny my $dollar depositI needed to talk to the manager who wrote the comments on the deny of my deposit money: Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because I went to the office about [redacted] saw a cat in the hotel and the deposit does not include taking my $150 late fee. When I seen a [redacted] at 820 and Beach street, his name tag said he was assistant manager and not the manager. [redacted] stated that [redacted] was the on-site manager for Budget Suite. Please redirect the comments made by the manager unless there were another manager name [redacted]. This make no since why [redacted] is responding to the complaint of two major issue about a cat and the late fee. Please reconsider reading the Budget Suite contracts. I am rejecting this response because:So is budget suites of America a hotel or an apartment as they state is this considered bait and switch tactics when they advertise one price and charge another when they state there apartments but will kick a tenant out by 12 noon where is the line you furnish all your linens all your kitchen supplies bathroom supplies no one cleans your room and how did I no the windows were painted shut I believe one of your employees showed me then unstuck the window paint with a pocket knife the hot tub is open on management discretion not just chemical days and it dissent take all day for chemicals to work the maintenance man and lady assistance checking the serial numbers on the tv and whatever else the day they walked in was before I turned in the stove and fridge I have documentation also why am I being charged for a phone in the new unit that does not work being short handed is your problem and very unprofessional to state as a nurse I can't say I'm short handed no food or meds today sorry it's being honest and treating people with respect and doing as you say and as you advertise June Jackson bullock

To Whom it May Concern;I am sorry if she feels some of the staff is rude, I have talked to my employee's to let them know that an attitude/rudeness of any kind is not acceptable. We don't offer screens on our windows and we never have, a lot of our other residents do have screens, but that is...

because they buy the material to put together themselves at their own expense. The maintenance people are required to knock two times, and if nobody answers or responds after the second knock they are allowed to enter the apartment to do work orders...The work orders were put in for her stove burners, also as well as her fridge, as for the tv control and plug outlets we knew nothing about as there were no work orders for them. I have copies of the work orders that were put in and the guest is more than welcome to come get a copy of them as well. The hot tub/pool is open year round, there have been a few times where it has been closed due to maintenance as the chemicals were not right or safe for anyone to be in per the city code standards. I understand the windows being painted shut are a safety hazard as well, If she would have let someone know about them, we could have gone by and opened them as they can sometimes get painted shut. The rugs can come up because we put new rugs in and they are rolled up and not laying out flat anywhere in our storage container, maintenance does unroll them while they are working in a room and leave something heavy on the ends in hopes they will flatten out. The washing machines take card here and they are not our machines, so it is not US that is charging 2 dollars for a card, it Is the company MacGray that services all the washers/dryers and the card machine and handle all refunds as well. Management is always extremely busy, especlally when we are runnlng 366 apartments, so no you can't always catch a manager inside the office, there is only one manager during the week except for Thursday's and Friday/s, and one manager during the weekend. Management does try to get back to everyone as much and often as we can, and are sorry for any inconveniences that are caused to anyone needing to speak to one of us. We inform everyone when they check in that rent is due at NOON the following week/month of the day they check in. It is in our rules and regulations that she signed as well, which she got a copy of and I can still get a copy of it if she misplaced them. We do this with everybody and not just new people. This is a statement from our rules and regulations word for word:#3 on the rules: No person may occupy an apartment if the fee for the apartment is not paid in advance no later that 12:00 (Noon) on the day of the stay in the apartment. Failure to pay the required fee for an apartment no tater than 12:00 (Noon) is grounds for immediate termination of the Res)dent's right to occupy the apartment, Budget Suites has no obligation to accept late rental payments.The guest was transferred to another room, and I have not heard any negative comments about It, I also heard her telling an employee that she is much happier in her new apartment and have seen her in the hot tub as well. Thanks,[redacted]
