As we told this customer on numerous occasions the $was a deposit that was charged to the property on which we picked up the boat the $was not a disposal charge it was something that was then refunded to the business that put down the deposit We have explained this to the customer at
least half a dozen times

The charges were in fact correct, you never were charged separately for the $250 as indicated. Any and all charges on your invoice, were due to towing and storage fees associated with the impound. The consumer was given the copy of all itemized charges when he paid his bill in cash at pickup. We never processed any further charges as he paid in cash, so that would be impossible to run a separate transaction. No further information is needed in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:
The property manager paid the $250 deposit in the event that I, the boat owner, did not pick up the boat. Which would've covered the cost of the tow. I picked up the boat, paying for towing and storage. The property manager got their deposit back because I paid the bill. So why do I have to pay for the deposit that was taken care of between the property manager and budget. which I see as a separate transaction. There is something I'm not understanding here or they are trying to get more money from me that is not within reason.

The vehicle was towed based on contract specifics, all cars with no permit displayed are towed at owners expense. When you arrived at the lot, we escorted you to car to show you there was no permit displayed. No refund will be given, as we followed all rules specified by property managers.

The car was towed due to no permit, and we even showed the customer when he arrived to our lot. The towing from that lot was at the request of property manager. A photo was also emailed to sibley Manor as well.

You were towed after illegally parking it a permit only lot. This is requested by the property themselves...as people who love there and do have permits have no where to park.

We also run a 24hr business, so we do not close at 11pm, however our charges do go up across the board nightly at midnight.
We understand people are upset when they get their cars tows, but we are only providing the service requested by the property owner. We follow all rules and procedures set forth by the city.
No refunds are given, as we made no mistakes on our part.

The damage has been estimated by a local body shop, due to the high volume of body shop repairs and claims at this time, there has been a slight delay in the process. We have contact the repair facility this morning, and will do make effort to get this handled in the next 7-10 business...

days.

They did toyed a car with permit and...

they removed that permit at their lot after they got to their place and the property management office was closed that and no body told them to tow it. Also they refused to show me my car before paying the price they requested. Everything they said is absolute lie.I need them to reimburse my money and give me back my parking permit. thanks.
