I am rejecting this response because: Sorry, that was not what was told to myself nor to my step-dad [redacted] My step dad was told if I was to pick up the viehcal the next morning I would be charged one more day of storage even if it was picked up in the morningHe did call to let you folks know it would be picked up that day and there was no mention of a Gate Fee after hoursOne way or the other I loose here

Tje forst call we receive dfrom the RO was after hours and was a gate fee of 90 and tow of 180 and storage of 50. That would be a total 320 or she could retrieve her vehicle the next day for one day storage of 180 nand 50. 8am to 1pm. It would be 230 next morning. She wanted the car that night. End up waiting for 45 minutes for the AAA to come. They sent a wrecker which they could not tow. They did not have the correct MCP anyways so we had to wait for another one.

Review: I was involved in a vehicle accident with my 93 Ford Explorer blue in color on 12/2/14 at approx. 11:00am in Sacramento CA. I had requested a AAA tow truck and a Budget Tow truck had shown up. I asked the driver before being taken to the ER if he could possibly take my vehicle to my place of residents and he took my address information and agreed. The vehicle was taken to the tow yard without my knowledge. I called to talk with Budget Towing about our options and indicated that they were not the ones that was requested to collect the vehicle. I was told there will be a $180 tow fee and a $50 per day storage fee. My step dad [redacted] called Budget Towing and talked with a woman at the desk about arranging to have my Ford Explorer picked up. He told the woman that she needed to get her car from this lot and to her residents and that I was going to arrange a towing company to do that on the same day. I was told if I waited until the next day I would be charged one more days worth of storage. I shown up that same evening after being released from the ER with the tow company I originally asked for and was handed a bill for $320. I was told that they were charging me for a gate fee. Their web site indicates they are a 24 hour facility and they never indicated a gate fee would be added to the charges.Desired Settlement: A refund for the gate fee of $90 and the $50 storage fee. I don't feel I should have encored either one of these fees if the driver that agreed to move my vehicle to my place of residence in the first place.
