Review: I have a subscription through 9/2014. They stopped publishing in October 2012. There was not any notification or communication of any kind. Emails to customer service go unanswered. Based on what I see on the Internet, there are many other subscribers in the same situation.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. That is what is fair.

Review: Paid for a print subscription to Budget Travel magazine. Current expiration is j/a, 2017 but have not rec'd a print copy

since Sept/Oct 2012. Phone # listed in machine is disconnected and no emails have been responded to.Desired Settlement: Refund the $21.00 paid for the outstanding subscription not delivered. No correspondence was ever rec'd.

Review: I ordered a subscription my father [redacted] sr did as well. 4 year subscription. We both got 3 or 4 issues then it stopped no explanation no letter. I've sent emails or 4 or 5 occasions with no response from anyone in the company regarding this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a new 4 year subscription for me & my father of the physical edition as well as 4 years of the digital edition.

Review: I have been a Budget Travel Magazine subscriber for many years. I have a paid subscription with Budget Travel Magazine through July/August 2014. They have not provided a magazine to me since September/October 2012 so I want a refund. I have made the following contact but they have failed to respond to my request for a refund: Feb. **, 2013 I called their customer service number. A recorded message gave me a number for the main office. The main office email was full so I could not leave a message. That same day I emailed the following email addresses in an attempt to get a refund ([redacted]; [redacted]). I didn't receive a response. On April ** I again emailed the company at the addresses provided above on their website. In that email I notified them that I would be contacting Revdex.com if I didn't receive a response. On May * I called the customer service number again. It had been disconnected. I called the main number in New York and this time I was able to leave a message for someone to call me about the issue, but no one responded. On May **, I mailed a letter to Budget Travel again requesting a refund and reiterating that I would be contacting the Revdex.com if I didn't receive a response by June *, 2013. In that letter, I summarized my 4 previous attempt to contact customer service by phone and email, and that they had failed to respond to me, failed to provide the promised product, and failed to provide a refund. I explained that this left me no choice but to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I didn't hear from them by June *, 2013. It is now July ** and I have not heard from Budget Travel Magazine. I believe, the refund should be for 14 issues (Nov/Dec 2012 through July/August 2014 at $1.25 an issue for a total of $17.50. I have copies of all of my correspondence to them, if it will assist you. It appears they are no longer publishing a print magazine so a refund is my only option.Desired Settlement: They should apologize for ignoring my emails, phone calls, and letter and provide a prompt refund. I believe, the refund should be for 14 issues (Nov/Dec 2012 through July/August 2014) at $1.25 an issue for a total of $17.50. I have copies of all of my correspondence to them (Feb. through May), if it will assist you. I am very disappointed in this company which I had referred others to on multiple occasions.

Review: About two years ago I signed up for this magazine and probably about 2 or 3 months into my subscription they sent sending me my issues because they went bankrupt. Now they're supposedly back in business and only doing online issues of the magazine. I want my money back for the issues they shorted me.Desired Settlement: $ 10

Review: I paid for a magazine subscription to be delivered to my home. They are cheating me out of a 2 1/2 year subscription as they are no longer mailing them. I am trying to receive a refund but they refuse to reply to my email messages and my voice mails. I have been leaving them messages for 8 weeks on a weekly basis. I have emailed them several times.Desired Settlement: $14.95 a year @ 2 1/2 years total = $37.30

Review: I have recently moved and have (starting 07/**/14) sent 6 e-mails, one online customer service form, and one physical letter requesting assistance in changing my mailing address. I have attempted phone calls but the number listed for Budget Travel Magazine is no longer active. There does not appear to be an online means of changing one's address. I have had no response from Budget Travel Magazine.Desired Settlement: Contact with me in order to change my address to complete the one year left of my subscription. (I wish to receive the physical magazine that I have already paid for, not the online version!)

Review: I am a subscriber to Budget Travel Magazine. It doesn't expire until 2019. They stopped sending late last year.Desired Settlement: Want a refund for all issues I have never received and for all future issues that appears will never be mailed.
