Budget Van LInes, Inc, Relocation Specialist, Joy L provided the best customer service during my preplaning moving experience. I had no trust in moving companies. She provided the ultimate service and exceeded my expectations. She provided speed responses to calls and questions. A true professional. As a result of my experience with Ms. L, I will recommend Budget Van Lines to anyone who is looking for a great cross country moving company.

He shared a bit of his history and background as he worked very competently handling my furniture and belongings. He was very reassuring as he was very diligently placing my possessions in the truck with care.

With the Corona virus hitting us hard School was cut short , budget van lines was absolutely essential in getting out sons belongings home seamlessly, From Charlotte to Tallahassee they as professional and proficient as they could possibly be!

I was very pleased with the customer support provided by Budget Van Lines. They always followed up on the status of the shipment and to make sure it arrived as expected.
Two issues with the group that loaded our shipment;
- They were not careful with packed by owner boxes that were labeled as "fragile" and some minor damage did occur.
- I was very uncomfortable when the mover requested a 10% tip. That amount would have been $180.00 dollars!!
One issue with the group that delivered my shipment;
- They called to tell me my shipment would arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 at night. When I complained that I could not accept delivery at that time because there was very little lighting at my storage unit, the driver told me he would have to charge me a $250 dollar overnight fee. When I told him that was unacceptable and that I was going to discuss this with the Budget Van Lines coordinator he changed his mind and rescheduled for the next day.

Gustavo was very helpful and followed up as requested. HE was not pushy but let me lead the way and was very flexible as I outlined what was to be moved.

Very attentive brokers who helped me with solid instructions on how to prepare. The quote was very competitive and helped with contacting the actual moving company while my goods were en route. The company they guided me to was very professional and efficient. I'd say the only complaint I had was they delivered so quickly I couldn't get across the country as fast as they could! But in fairness -they worked well with me to delay the extra hours I needed
