Refused refund for night stay when cockroaches found all over room at 2am. I was told I had to stay until 7am to get a refund from the manager
04/24/2020 reserved 2 nights stay at Budgetel. Cockroaches found in the room at 2am on 4/25/2020 and notified front desk. Asked for refund and was told I had to wait for the manager to come in at 7am. Manager would only refund 1 night stay even though I was not given the option of leaving with a 2 night refund.
$80 refund for the night stay when cockroaches were found and front desk notified immediately upon finding

They were told to checkout immediately and we would give a refund for the first night they stayed the whole time from 2 pm tell 11 am the following day I told them if they checked out we would refund the money they refused to checkout and upon check room was checked and no bugs were found and room was resold the next night with no problems. I am sorry theu were unhappy but they stayed 12 hours if they would have left we have gave them a refund per melissa
