I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In the latest response from this business, they are offering us a voucher for a future stay at their hotel I am willing to accept that, however I'm not sure what the next steps are in doing so What do you recommend? But the problem is not whether or not I booked a room but that the manager says I did not turn up and was therefore charged. I can show from phone records that I called to book the room and my [redacted] shows that I put in the address to get to the hotel. And of course my credit card statement shows that money was deducted from my account. Could you please clarify?

In regards to the complaint placed with your office at the Revdex.com by *** *** there are multiple reasons as to why that complaint is invalidFirst and foremost the reservation can be retrieved with as much ease as required to retrieve anyother reservation booked at our
hotelWhen this particular reservation is accessed it comes up as a no-show reservationAt our hotel we have a hour cancellation policy and without a cancellation deadline a hotel will likely not be able to sustain itselfAll hotels have a cancellation policy and the reason for a cancellation policy is to prevent guests from booking rooms at multiple hotels and choosing the most convenient one while leaving the other hotels with a vacant room that could have otherwise been soldThrough my conversations with other hotel owners in the area I was able to verily that this particular guest had booked a room at a different hotel for the night of May 23-and cancelledMrs*** never came to the hotel as stated in her complaint but more importantly never gave a valid reason or attempted to cancel her reservationIf a room is not cancelled hours prior to check in time than a charge will be applied for the amount of the booking regardless of circumstanceThis policy must be enforced to ensure that our hotel does not lose revenue due to guests changing their mind at the last minute and leaving the hotel with a vacant roomIf any questions feel free call usManagement Budgetel Inn, NY

Revdex.com spoke to Peter at the business and the following was relayed: The customer's reservation is still in our systemWe have never had an issue with a reservation not coming up beforeIt is likely that the consumer arrived at a *** ***, which is separate from us, as there are *** ***'s located nearby

As per guest stated that spoke With Peter so no Peter is working, There was a Jay & Alex are working at the property all the time. So we had all employees conversation after this but no found of Peter worked here. Our team also found that phone calls for modification her reservation so no way to fine after this long time for cancelled. As per request for refund for 1 night Only management makes a decision is to offer/send a voucher for feature visit/ comp. 2 Nights For stay in [redacted], NY.
