After staying here for some time now, 5 years to be exact we were told that the policy has suddenly changed. We were initially told the taxes would come off after so long and our price would go down. Now we are being told that we have to move every 89 days. Also that the rent would go back up and I had to pay an additional deposit. It seems as if they are just going to keep going up higher and higher. In just one week I went from 286 dollars to right at 400 dollars. This has scam written all over it. Not to mention the room we were moved to was without working ac. There has been something going on since this pandemic started and it's nor right.
My first problem with them is that they don't fix anything I have pictures of mold and leaks in the room that I stayed in and all they did was move me as well as their contract States that you have to have a deposit to stay on the property and it's returned to you on move out I don't know what they have going on there but I just moved out on February X XXXX from being there since March 2017 and they told me that they're not gonna return my deposit that I don't have one and they sent me a letter for being $1.10 short so there's no way possible that they've let me stay there without one can someone please help me with this

The customer felt she was due a deposit that was much higher than she paid. I tried to show her, that what she felt she was getting was not the amount that was in the system. I would like for her to come and talk to me about this to get this straight

Yes I am willing to talk to Mr. to solve the problem he's not part of the issue he just recently became management so whatever is going on was going on before he came along but I was told that I wasn't owed any deposit at all and that's not true like I said I've been there since 2017 and have never moved and I know that I originally paid a 50 dollar deposit and I can't remember exactly when but my rent was late once and they took me out the system until I paid it and because the deposit had changed to 100 dollars at that time I had to add an additional 50 dollars to my prior deposit I don't care if they only give me half I am owed a deposit
