I have been attempting to change the nameservers for my domains for nearly weeks Their customer service has not responded to service tickets or complaints My domain and the domains of my clients are currently down Their listed phone number is for an automated system that hangs up immediately I have no way of contacting them and I cannot move my business to another registrar without their written approval
I attempted to use the online services to renew 2 domains. The system would not work and I contacted the company via email. I was instructed to use the quick renew service as they had system issues. I did this and renewed the domains for 2 years each last week. The process of domain renewal should be almost instant or at least within a few hours. Now almost a week after paying they have not provided the product or services paid for. I have emailed multiple times asking why this has not happened and when it will be completed but they will not respond. I am over seas with family right now making it hard to call them but when I have tried they never pickup. the call goes to an automated system and I am left on hold with no one ever picking up.
