Here are a few screen shots of the wheel company talking with me before my items went missing and how they were paid forAfter my items went missing Budnik Wheels did not want to help me out anymoreI was also told by the shipper who I called a number of times with no good luckThey said paper work had been sent to Budnik Wheels, but they could not make them fill them out

The person that filed this complaint is not actually our customer We had a business in Atlanta purchase a set of wheels and the representative for that business left the company during the wait time as our product is custom made When we shipped the product to the business in Atlanta, a representative from that company re-routed the product to another address The product was deliveredWe are unsure why the product was re-routed, and we question UPS and asked them why the product was not delivered to the address we originally shipped to We were told the company that ordered our product was no longer at that location and that’s why the boxes were re-routed We were then contacted with conflicting stories from another person (named above) that he worked at the company now and that the wheels went to the wrong location We asked UPS to try and retrieve the product and they could not The company that purchased the wheels it was discovered was out of business We never received the product back

The reason I'm filling against the wheel company is because there was an address change that did not come from me. As a matter of fact,I had the package stopped so it could be picked up and I found out a few days later my package was gone What little info I was able to get out of the shipping...

company  is that the only way this is possible is for the shipper to do so. I paid for something and I didn't get what I paid for. This company took my money and in return I've gotten nothing but the cold shoulder from them. They were very helpful when they needed payment but not any help once there was an issue. I just want what I paid for or a refund. I have never had such a bad experience with a company in my life that just refuses to fix an issue they caused.
