Review: I ordered a DVD from budovideos and never recieved it. I have contacted them repeatedly by both e-mail and phone requesting either my merchandise or a refund. They have not responded to my inquiries. It's going on two months now. I finally got them on the phone and their response was "we are investigating your claim". I still have not recieved my DVD or a refund nor even the Courtesy of a satisfactory reply.Desired Settlement: As stated above my merchandise or a refund.
