Review: I drove to this arco Monday October 19th 2015, I went inside to pay for my gas on pump #5 at approx 5:30 pm. The young boy that was a cashier rang me up for 15 dollars gas and I needed 20.00 cash back, the total that was being rang up was $35.35! The cashier tried several times to run the transaction through after I keyed my pin into their system but I was told that it did not go through to try to run it outside at the pump! I went out to the pump and has no problem paying for the $15 in gas!! When I checked my bank statement today I seen that the transaction from Arco AM PM/Bud's Arco had processed and the $15 dollar charge went through my bank! I called the Arco AM PM and spoke to the manager Annette she told me as she was laughing there was nothing they could do about the transaction she refused to refund the first transaction for $35.35!! I explained to her to balance the drawer and it should show a overage, I called my bank and they stated to contact Arco Am Pm for a refund! I need help resolving this issue!Desired Settlement: I am requesting the 35.35 refunded back to my bank card

I have just received information about a complaint that you have with us. I would like to resolve it. I am having a hard time reaching you and also finding the information that you included in your complaint. It greatly helps on this end to have the last four numbers of the card that you used. Also was it a [redacted] or [redacted]?My procedure when we have a discrepancy is to explain the process and to get the last four # along with other pertinent information including how to get in touch with the customer. sometimes there is a pending amount that doesn't drop off as it should or takes a little bit longer to drop off. In your case I am not yet able to verify the information so if you will contact my assistant [redacted], we will be happy to make this right as always have in the past. I am leaving for 2 weeks otherwise I would take care of this myself. I am not sure what happened when you called but I do not laugh at customers and treat all problems wit respect and timeliness. I do have a number of new employees and sometimes mistakes are made. My apologies for any difficulties and for feeling you weren't being taken seriously. I want to resolve this immediately-your business is important to me and to the store. As soon as you get in touch and we can find the transactions in our system we will send you what we owe you.
