Ms. [redacted] called 3 years ago as she said there was a leak in her roof. When I got up on her roof the leak was in the side wall behind the siding; not in the roof. It rotted part of the side plywood. So in order to get that out I had to take out part of the shingles to replace the rotted plywood from...

where the plywood was rotted from the bottom plywood and the side plywood causing it to rot in the corner.  As a courtesy I took the siding off and made the repair free of charge; customer paid for the materials. It was explained in advance the shingles would not match her existing shingles and would take time to fade and blend in; some take longer than others as she has several shade trees. All this time goes by and there's no leaks. Customer now has her house on the market and wants the shingles replaced, her concern is purely aesthetics, no concern over my craftsmanship or workmanship. Chuck [redacted] |Owner
