Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information reported by the owner is not accurateCell phones track incoming calls through digital footprintsThis allows people to review whether a called was receivedNo call was made on the night of the delivery and our records prove this It serves no purpose to continue to resolve this complaint as the owner is deflecting responsibility for failure to deliver the flowers on timeI apologize if the person assisting perceived my direct questions regarding why the item had not been delivered on time as rudeI found the employees void of empathy and remorse as wellI do not understand why an owner would not return a callThey certainly had no problem processing my bank card the day before the delivery Sincerely, [redacted]

We apologize that the customer feels we did not provide exceptional customer serviceWe always strive to correct any mistake on our part of the business Concerning this order, our staff at Buds and Blooms went above and beyond to deliver this giftWhen we received a call from the customer complaining we did not deliver in a timely matter, we explained that we tried to contact the recipient and the customer to receive a gate code in order to deliverThe customer then began to be extremely rude and aggressive towards one of our employees, upsetting her to the point of tears, as we tried to accommodate his wishesWe offered to attach complimentary balloons or chocolates to satisfy himHe did end up giving us a gate code, which then we promptly delivered the flowersHe then proceeded to call the next day asking for the owner, when one of our employees informed him that the owner was not in for the day and asked if there was anything she could help him with, he hung up the phone on herIn our opinion, we did everything possible to satisfy this customer

I am rejecting this response because: The information reported by the owner is not accurate. Cell phones track incoming calls through digital footprints. This allows people to review whether a  called was received. No call was made on the night of the delivery and our records prove this.  It serves no purpose to continue to resolve this complaint as the owner is deflecting responsibility for failure to deliver the flowers on time. I apologize if the person assisting perceived my direct questions regarding why the item had not been delivered on time as rude. I found the employees void of empathy and remorse as well. I do not understand why an owner would not return a  call. They certainly had no problem processing my bank card the day before the delivery.
