After reading the customer's statement regarding ID [redacted] I am glad that you have given me an opportunity to respond regarding this issue, as well.  As you know for most florists the month of May, during Mother's Day, is one of the toughest times and I am truly glad that I can share this...

story, as well.  As you know during this time we use new help to assist with the overload and we were very busy and this customer called via phone to make an order and she never provided a teleflora number to find the exact replica of the arrangement she had selected and so she only gave the recipient taking the order the name, this was Sunblast on the ticket.  No description of what type of flowers that would be used, which would have helped so when the designer looked at the description of all of the images for this arrangement she provided customer with a beautiful spring arrangement based on what was written on the ticket.   After the designer received the receipt to make the order she looked at images and they were all different so as a small business we have  to account for how many flowers are provided in the vase along with the work to design the arrangement and for the price of the vase. as well.  The customer provided an amount of $52.95 based on what she was looking at on her computer and at the time of the call a teleflora number was not provided so due to the high volume of arrangements needing to be done the designer was brand new she provided a beautiful spring arrangement.  After some review it seems that maybe there was a mistake because the customer may have meant the Sunburst arrangement and initially when the order was taken it was written down as a Sunblast arrangement.  After profusely trying to accommodate the customer to prove that I was willing to work with her after having delivered the flower arrangement to the customer she wanted the entire amount back I was willing to work with her and recommended a return of half of her money and that I was wiling to work with her and she at this point hung up on me!  I was willing to even redo the arrangement to provide us an opportunity to redo it for her and she was unwilling to work with us.  I am a small business willing to work with my customers and I go above and beyond the call of duty to provide my customers with the very best service and we have been here for a long time and this the first time that this has occurred.  I am willing to provide the customer half of her money back as I did have to pay my driver as well as taxes and my designer as well.  Thank you and Respectfully,  Eva M[redacted]Bud's Florist###-###-####
