root of the matter.  He is also the technician who serviced her vehicle the one and only time she was here.  A PDF of the work order is attached for your review. We have not heard from Ms. [redacted] since we delivered her vehicle on 2/11/2016.  She has not contacted my company regarding this matter or any other either before this date or after.  Quite simply we replaced a wheel bearing that was falling apart, performed a wheel alignment and replaced a broken gas tank strap, all done at her request and with the parts that she provided.  She signed a written estimate with the exact amount before the work had begun.  We completed the operation per her request and delivered the vehicle when promised. I am open to suggestions on how to resolve this matter.  Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss the issue. Very Sincerely,  Dave R[redacted] Dave's Auto Care37657 Vine StreetWilloughby, Ohio 44094 1.440.946.8414 [email protected]
