an excuse so they don't have to refund the money. Also, when we called several time to why they weren't picking it up they never returned our calls to provide us with a reason. They shouldn't even be in business. Their customer service is horrible. I did receive the $54 but nothing for the month of December when they didn't pick up our trash and we ended up having to call another company because we couldn't even get a response from them. If they would have refunded our $54 last year I wouldn't even had worried about the $18 but since I had to go to the Revdex.com to get my refund I want it all now. Not giving in.
